I want to start by saying that you will not find better customer service than that offered by the seller. The shower has assembled from the box only accommodates for a very short adult or child. I looked around the question and answer section on the product to find answers about getting an extension. I observed that the seller offered a free extension if you contact them and prove that you purchased their Fossett. I did just that. I Purchased the extender, and the company refunded the money back to my MasterCard after the purchase was received. Another issue I had with this was getting it to fit in my antique clawfoot tub. Make sure to purchase swing arms with some good length on them if you’re clawfoot tub is older. The shower itself is very elegant in its aesthetic. The construction is very sturdy. The handheld sprayer is very convenient. The showerhead flows brilliantly. With regard to the swing arms that I referenced, I bet the seller would have provided those at no cost, but I had not explored the reviews or the Q&A before ordering them. So all in all I did spend about $50 on supplemental swing arms. But at such a great price point, I still feel that this kit is offered at a good price. And again, the customer service offered by the seller is unbeatable. And the quality of the product itself seems very strong. If you do not have plumbing experience, you will need to get a plumber to install this for you. This is a more advanced DIY project, But the end result is well worth the work.

We are so happy with this shower fixture. It is a work of art! The chrome is beautiful. The controls are all silky smooth. The rain shower from the main head and the wand is delightful. Installation was very straightforward. This fixture really complimented our extensive shower remodel. If this is the style you're looking for we highly recommend this unit. I was not impressed with the look of this brass colored fixture. If you are on a budget and want the look of polished brass then I guess this would be an okay option, but It was not right for our project. It was a very orange shade of gold and it was apparent that it was dipped in a gold coating. There were several spots where you could see the color did not stick and the metal showed underneath. See attached picture.

I really wanted to go with the expensive high end option that has an almost identical style to this one. I opted in for this more affordable option for a bathroom renovation and don’t regret it at all! My favorite feature is the hand held shower. We use it all the time for the kids during bath time and especially to make washing our dogs easier!

Easy to install.You need to order the extension for the rain shower and it works like a charm. Love the retro look.

The Shower head is 12" shorter. You have to buy extensions. To reach 53”. I received a refund for the extension. Other then that its good.

En général je pourrais dire que je suis assez content. Mais il y a quand même quelque chose qui est un peu dommage, vu le prix, j'aurais imaginé que la qualité de la finition serait supérieure. Après quelques mois d'usage, le côté ou est ce que circule l'eau chaude est devenue terne. On dirait que le fini or brillant a été altéré par la chaleur de l'eau. C'est dommage
