Is it possible to seal these in a way that they could be shipped containing liquid and not leak?

Yes you can. I use these for my Egyptian Nights perfume on my site and it’s a big hit. I shrink wrap the bottle and put it in a small box and it ships just fine.

Are the bottles 4in excluding the tops, or is it inclusive?

The bottles are 4 inches. With the top on, almost 5. They are dainty but pretty.

They feel extremely light and delicate, so please handle with care if you order them. I really like the design and various colours of the bottles. They arrived 3 days earlier than anticipated and the brilliant packaging ensured no breakage. I compile my own perfume accord and these bottles will make great gifts. My suggestion for future designs would be to make the dippers (dipsticks) a bit longer to reach towards the bottom of the bottle. And perhaps a stronger glass is used in the design. At present, the bottles are quite fragile. All in all, I love them and will definitely buy again
