I bought this back support after injuring my back pretty badly. I was in bed for about a week before I could even start moving again. I had a long flight coming up and was honestly worried about how I would get through it. After doing a lot of research, I decided to try this one, and it truly made a huge difference. It provided solid support that allowed me to sit for long periods with much less pain, and it also helped while walking. What I really like is that it’s not overly rigid, but still gives enough support to feel stable and comfortable. It strikes a great balance between support and flexibility. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone dealing with back pain, especially if you need something reliable for travel or daily movement.

I had to post this review so fast as I got instant relief. I already had a bad back with degenerative disc disease and more when I fell a couple weeks ago on my newly installed handicap ramp. Irony, I know, right...Anyways my back was hurting more and more each day coupled with intense hip pain. When seeing my orthopedic Dr. for my hip, we discovered that when I fell I fractured atleast 2 vertebrae. Im awaiting more results on an MRI. They are compression fractures in my lower back. Compressing not only on each other but it seems on the nerves as well for main spine. When I put this brace on, the support for my back gave me instant relief. Its been days dealing with this so Im elated. The compression that it affords you is great. Its fully adjustable by you, so you can adjust to what feel best. I know Im supposed to wear it very snug as the dr. said it will help stabalize the area until we can better access it with the MRI. It feels better more snug. I understand now what other reviewers were saying about it staying put and not bunching up. It does stay put which is another awesome feature. The stabilizer bars help it keep its form as well. Ive had braces before and tossed them just as fast as I put them on. This one will be staying. Im actually goibg to order another on for my daughter whom has back issues as well. She said WOW as soon as she put it on!! If she says something is good and comfortable we should buy stock in the company as shes very picky. So I cant thank you enough today for the relief Ive gotten. Ill be able to get around the house better and feel safer doing it with the brace to stabilize and support my lower back. I have a big frame and am heavy so I ordered the XXL and its perfect. Id say by picking that size for me that they are pretty true to sizes offered.

My husband likes it! Very firm and good support. Easy to put on and doesn't roll in the back. It helps my husband stand for longer periods of time while working.

I'm 6' with a 48inch chest, 50in belly at 360lbs. Almost all of my fat is in my belly and 4inches below my bellybutton, I go down to 42inches or less. It's pretty hard to find anything that fits at all and even harder to find something that doesn't move around on me. This belt has plenty of room and snugs up well and it didnt move around too much. It also allowed to hold my pants up with a belt for the first time in years by bringing my jeans up over it. And it works extremely well unless I start climbing scaffolding or doing heavy work that gets it soaked in sweat; then it doesn't work nearly as well and folds oddly and gets uncomfortable. I give It five stars, but I would really rather give it a 4.5. For me, it did help while doing mild work, but wasn't strong enough to be extra helpful when doing heavier lifting. It helped some with pain. It doesn't feel overly uncomfortable during the day while wearing it, but it left welts that itched and made it difficult to get comfortable to go to sleep after a full day of wearing it. It seems to be well built and would probably be perfect for someone with slightly different issues than mine.

I researched for an hour and I'm happy to report this is nothing short a miracle for me! I pulled a muscle/ligament in my lower back, just above my hip near my waist. ANY motion was excruciating, the pain taking my breath away. I was stuck in bed, with ice and meds: immobile. I couldn't do anything...until I put this brace on! The first thing that impressed me was how lightweight, airy and thin this is. No bulky straps or buckles. Comfortable support, wide yet flexible. Super easy to put on as the entire closure is made of one piece velcro - making adjusting fast and easy. There are two elastic/stretchy horizontal side supports that allow you to tighten, cinch and add pressure to support injured muscles and ligaments. I especially like the ability to tighten just one side if needed. The vertical boning/supports are located strategically in the back so there is no pinching when bending sideways and forward. They kept the boning away from the middle of the back and added xtra flexible padding to keep the spine from being compressed. There are flat rubbery grips on the inside which keep the support from moving around. I put this on soon as it was delivered and I'm not kidding - I wore it for 15 hours straight and my pain was virtually gone the entire time wearing it. I was able to do a workout, stationary bike, errands, cooking etc and no meds! I wore it under my clothing while out and over clothing at home. It looks like a workout belt so wearing It on the outside isn't distracting. It's so comfortable I didn't think about it much, but I'm so thankful to get my mobility back and start healing fast. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

While this is a decently fitting belt it offers very little support when you tighten it up. The job that it does do very well is to hold Ice packs in place. I have 5 different shaped ice packs that use on my lower back. It holds them all snuggly I can move around normally not worried if the ice packs will fall out just while walking

So far so good!! Boy do I feel so much better wearing this!! It has helped a lot with giving me relief from the lower back pain I have been having!! It feels like someone is giving you a nice, supportive hug all day long!! Whenever I take it off I feel lost without it. Not confining or restrictive at all!! Very well made and easy to put on and take off.

For the issue I'm having with my back, this back brace works very well. When I put on this brace and tighten it comfortably, I'm able to do nearly all the things I used to do before my back started having debilitating issues. The ability to tighten the brace more, or loosen it as needed, are very helpful, and allow me to easily adjust it based on what kind of day I'm having (good back day? looser. bad back day? tighter!). To explain my particular case a little : my lower back muscles, particularly on the right side just above the pelvic bone, are constantly tense in an effort to maintain the lumbar curvature and allow good upper torso support. Sometimes, when the muscles become too fatigued, they'll fail and my back will go out and I'll be stuck on the floor for several hours before I can get up again. The muscles are constantly sore. When I put the brace on, the soreness either goes away completely, or is greatly reduced. While the product itself is beginning to come apart (not threadbare or velcro, just the rubber/glue holding the boning in place), I think it's lasted very well for it's low price and how much it's been used - I've been wearing it every day for several months, typically 10 to 16 hours a day. Stays in place well, even during long walks. Four stars in that only a few things could be made better - I wish the material was a bit thicker, and I wish the attachment system had a belt in addition to velcro so that I wouldn't have to undo the tightening straps every time I take it off (which is several times a day because of the amount of water I drink).

Recently had a “millennial injury” of straining my back muscles whilst changing the beddings and coughing! I was in excruciating pain and had to go to A&E. Luckily x-ray showed nothing was broken. Doctor prescribed high strength painkillers and referred for physio. In the meantime, I bought this back brace and it has been my saviour! Very well made, comfortable, adjustable with Velcro fastening (so can fit most sizes), breathable, definitely value for money and it most certainly supported my lower back. I have lumbar lordosis so my lower back is prone to becoming weak causing chronic back ache. I will be using this back brace to support me with my day to day activities.

lo usato per curare la mia ernia del disco e fra fisioterapie e questa fascia sta funzionando il dolore e quasi sparito penso che sia un ottimo prodotto
