Why use sugar? Great value and stores well.

We have been using this brand of xylitol for a number of years now, successfully. It arrived in a releasable bag, but we typically place about half or it in a glass sealed jar for our daily use. Please see my photos. My wife has coked / baked with it, with a 1:1 substitute from normal sugar. There has not been an occasion where the dish, or cake, has not turned out as expected. Nor has there been any appreciable or noticeable taste differences. The texture and taste is very similar to that of sugar. The only time that we would need to use regular sugar, is when we bake our own bread. It seems that yeast does not metabolise this xylitol the same as regular sugar. So, for bread baking, with either use demerara sugar or honey. As noted, the texture is the dame as sugar, it dissolves well. I even use 1 teaspoon of it in my sinus rinses. I have been doing that for many years; it is strong anti-microbial properties. One of our family members, being diabetic, does appreciate us using this, rather than regular sugar, when making buns. Offering 40% fewer calories than sugar, it is much appreciated. Overall, it is very much enjoyed. The only consideration is its cost compared to regular sugar. It is an expensive, but very much appreciated, substitute. Apart from the price, I would find it difficult not to recommend this. So far, perhaps moderation being applied here, there have been no associated tummy problems with its use. Then again, it is moderated.

As described, delivered promptly and in good condition. Xylitol is a great sugar substitute for baking; I normally use a xylitol/caster sugar mix, as low sugar (rather than no sugar) works for me.

I love it. I'm on a keto diet and also diabetic. It replaces sugar or other sweetener perfectly. Great taste, you don't feel bad taste like in other similar ones. I use it for coffee, baking and cooking instead of unhealthy sugar. It's not the cheapest Chinese product, so I choose it regularly. I always buy it for my family because I know it's a good product.

Me encanta este producto, empecé utilizando erititrol, pero no terminaba de gustarme, me pasé al xylitol y me convencio, tiene un sabor muy bueno parecido al azúcar, llevo más de un año utilizandolo, tanto para cocinar postres en el horno, como para endulzar un cafe No es barato, pero de muy buena calidad

Le xylitol est un bon substitut au sucre lorsqu' on doit surveiller sa glycémie. Il se dissout rapidement, n'a pas d'arrière goût (comme la stevia) et supporte bien la cuisson.
