Recovery
This ball is perfect for recovery! It’s bigger than a lacrosse ball and is perfect for hitting the glutes and hamstrings. I use it every week if not every day. It’s very helpful for releasing tension and breaking up lactic acid specifically for your legs in hard to get areas.

Good quality and does the job
I got this to work out the tight muscles in my upper legs, and it did the job. It seems to be good quality, so I expect it to last.

Hits the spot(s)
Got the 5"dia ball. I like to lie back on it on a recliner, and the 3.5dia ball I was using before was sinking into the cushion too much. This 5" ball is the perfect size to push back regardless of the chair cushion. It's light but very firm and seems like a great quality material. Others this size on Amazon were at least $10 more for whatever reason. The price for this one seems more realistic. I mean... it's a ball.

Not super firm for muscle knots
Not the workout ball I was expecting. Not as firm or tread heavy as the workout ball you probably want to use for plantar fasciitis and rolling out other muscles knots.

Works Great!
Works great in relieving tight spots and relaxing of sore muscles. Perfect size and firmness to complement my foam roller and lacrosse ball. I use it while sitting in chair with cushioned back to apply direct pressure to back/shoulder muscles, something I was unable to do with the foam roller or lacrosse ball due to their size.

One of the best massage tools
This is a great product, one of my favorite massage tools especially for lower back. Due to its 5-in size, it is able to reach spots in the lumbar most other tools cannot reach. Highly recommended.

Works well but expensive
Great for neck pain - lay on back with ball at back of neck and roll around to work out tension at base of neck. Expensive for what it is though.
