Rockland Single Handle Rolling Backpack, Bandana, One Size

On a recent flight, the strap on my backpack broke, so I decided to look for a rolling one. I like this one because it is roomy and easy to roll. Easy to spot!! Plus, when going through TSA, handle goes down easily to place on conveyer.

I work at a hospital and the parking is a distance to walk before entering the hospital. Then there is a ways to walk to get to my assigned station. I float as a Case Manager so I have lots of tools I need for my job, besides my purse, lunch etc. I have a bad back and can not carry all the needed items so I decided to try a pack on wheels. I love it! It is large enough to put my big book of resources, purse, clip board, a pair of shoes for those snowy days, I put my lunch bag around the handle. It has skate wheels so it sounds like roller skates when wheeling it esp. outside, but they are made to last. I pull it through the snow covered streets. It has a hard plastic bottom so no worries about getting the bottom dirty. I think I've started a new trend. I see other people now pulling a bag on wheels instead of carrying those heavy bags. I got a black polka dot bag so it's cute as well. Love it!

This was a waste of money! I ordered this rolling backpack to carry my laptop and small items for work. I thought it was cute, lightweigh , and I don't like bags on my back. After a week of using the bag, the adjustable handle broke into two pieces so now it doesn't function. I couldn't even tape/glue it back together. As a result I had to carry it on my back while wearing a suit and wheels are on my back as well. I've very disappointed!

This is a great item. I'm not able to carry a backpack so this works great for me. It has sturdy wheels.

PLEASE PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THIS BACKPACK! IF YOU CAN PURCHASE IT FROM ANOTHER VENDOR< PLEASE DO SO! THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING THIS BAG 3 STARS IS BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT EVEN THOUGH IT HAS NOT BEEN DURABLE. I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN BUT ROCKLAND/FOX LUGGAGE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP! IF I HAD TO BASE THIS ON THE COMPANY, THEY WOULD GET 0 STARS! I purchased this for my 3rd grader who is in love with this backpack. the handle came apart just outside of 30 days. I purchased the extended warranty so i contacted asurion who directed me to the vendor, since it was still under manufacturer warranty. i contacted Rockland luggage using the contact # from asurion and they told me i had to email them. I emailed Rockland and when they got back to me they wanted to charge me 50% of the original purchase cost, saying that it was the "SHIPPING FEE." REALLY???? this backpack came apart after 30 days and you want to charge me 50% of the of the price and this is under warranty???? when i questioned them on it, they said they would only charge me $17 to replace it, which is STILL 36% of the original purchase price. HONESTLY, IF I COULD SWITCH TO ANOTHER VENDOR, I WOULD. ROCKLAND/FOX LUGGAGE DOES NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNSAVORY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T ORDER FROM ROCKLAND/FOX LUGGAGE.

My son rolled into his first day of school and his friends wanted to know where he got his backpack. I ask him everyday how it held up and does he still like it and he says he loves it. Its large for him because he's only in 3rd grade but that is exactly what we wanted this year. It is easy to use and the handle is so convenient. We are getting one for our next trip. I don't have to worry about him hurting his back with an actual backpack this year. I found nothing like this in any store. It is nice that it has the option to be carried as a backpack if need be. The shoulder straps tuck conveniently into their own pockets for kids like my son who are using it for the rolling option. I also love that the bottom where it meets the ground is hard plastic and is also very sturdy and easy to wipe off.

This bag has kept my laptop safe now for three years, and I use it almost every single day, hauling it back and forth to work. It goes up steps, gets thrown into the back seat of my car, is dragged over pavement, grass, curbs, whatever. It's still rolling, all straps intact, handle still sturdy. I have stuffed this thing to the gills without issue. It has plenty of compartments -- padded laptop compartment inside the main compartment, plus a section with plenty of room for books and "stuff." It also has a sizable zipper compartment with two smaller zipper compartments on the front, and sections that will hold a water bottle and a telescoped umbrella on the sides. It works great, plus it's cute as all get-out! One of the best purchases I've ever made. Edited 6/18/2016 - Edited to say, I still love this thing. It still puts up with all the abuse I throw at it. Still cute. And yes, I paid full price, and I'd do it again in a hot minute, except that I love the one I've already got so darned much that I don't think I could stand to replace it. A mi hija le encanto, mochila de gran calidad y con buen espacio para los útiles... volvería a comprar productos de la misma marca. Deberían manejar más con servicio prime... pero valió la pena el costo del handling!!!
