Not Worth It
I was hoping to use this book to help plan a long trip to British Columbia. Unfortunately, it did not prove at all useful. Most of the information on towns, lodging and activities, particularly for interior BC and the coast was cursory at best. There was plenty of information on the Canadian Rockies--but lots of books provide that. The British Columbia travel web site was far more useful. I've used Lonely Plant guide books in the past and found them to be good--but this one proved otherwise.
