Great, but difficult startup on a Mac
The printer works great. However, the write up does not say this only works with windows. After contacting Zebra support they were able to install a driver that is not available on the Zebra website. After this was done, it works great. It is very fast.

Arrived with European plug. No response from vendor.
Disappointed that the seller did not contact me back. Label maker arrived with European style plug, making it unusable in the US. No mention of this in the description.

Reliable lable printer
Great desktop label makes and the built-in Ethernet controller makes it less cluttered than attaching an external JetDirect to the device. It prints lables from Windows PCs and (if any one is asking) IBM iSeries systems. My company has older models of this printer still working after 15 years and they are all sitting in dusty warehouse environments!

Great thermal printer for labels
I have several of these now. We use them to print product labels and serial numbers for our products. Will buy more as I need them. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the resolution is only 200dpi.
