ACROPASS Trouble Care Microcone Acne Patch, Spot Care for Early Pimple and Zits, Hydrocolloid & Niacinamide for Blemishes (Regular Size - 6count)

I have tried dozens of brands of acne pimple patches for my cystic acne, and none of them have worked as well as this one. My friend who went to Korea brought some back for me, and I’ve been hooked ever since. These work so well when you feel a cystic pimple beginning to form. I put 1 on at night for 2-3 days in a row, and it stops the cystic pimple from forming in its tracks. I am obsessed with this brand, I will never go back to another brand of patches!

I have been using these for at least 3 years now. They are amazing! I have had very severe skin issues at times since having my kiddos and these help calm my breakouts so quickly. If I go to sleep with one in a blemish it is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced the next day. I would even use the left over toner on the pad for the rest of my face when it was bad and that would help calm it overall.

I have tried several micro needle patches from different brands. The micro needle patches from Acropass Trouble Care seem to work best on the deep, cystic acne spots that are painful to the touch. Depending on the stage of your blemish, you might feel tingling upon application. I try my best to leave it on overnight for at least 8 hours. My blemish spots are noticeably less inflamed and decreased in size. Although this may depend on the size and depth of your blemish. The deeper the blemish the more nights I use these patches. The only thing I would watch out for is if you're prone to spot pigmentation. These can leave a red mark that lasts for a few weeks.

Love this product for my cystic acne but only received 3/9 of the step 1 wipes….

I haven’t found any other microcone acne patches that work better for me than these. They’re especially effective on early-stage pimples and have actually gotten rid of my cyst pimples by the next day. These have become my go-to acne patches and are absolutely worth the money! Highly recommend!

Does it work? Eh, not really. Not anything to be impressed with. I put this on two pimples before going to bed and they were pretty much the same the next afternoon. The way the 6 dots are packaged, are two bascially together. There is a pouch that you can use if you only need to use one of the two but I don't know how well that would seal it to be honest. For the price you can get better patches that are individually packaged for convenience.

I purchased these for my daughter. She said they worked wonders. It really got rid of the pimples. She said it does sting when you first put them on, but that is the patches working. It basically pulls out the pimple.

吹き出物ができた時に、洗顔後、化粧水をつけて１日貼っておきます。 すぐ効果があると言うわけではありませんが、汚れやバイ菌は防げそうです。 安心のために使っています。

Little more on the pricey side but they attacked my stubborn acne nicely leaving no scars!

i heard a lot of good things about these patches, but nothing really works for me so I wasn't too hopeful. they didnt cause any reactions which was a bit surprising, but they didn't really do much either. it did the same as if I used a hydro colloid patch on an underground pimple.
