Final Update 11-21-2020 (re-review)
11-21-2020 UPDATE I've been using my replacement Anker PowerCore Slim 10000 PD, USB-C Power Bank (18W) for a little over a week now, and all seems to be well. I like that it charges my phone quick, and that it is pretty light to carry around in my purse. My only issue is that it does get pretty hot when charging my Ipad. but I think that's pretty common when trying to charge an IPad with a smaller powerbank, and doesn't bother me so much. I think I will use it primarily for my Iphone, and I would recommend using the larger Anker 20000 PowerCore to charge an Ipad. I have several of those larger Anker PowerBanks and they charge my ipad 11 Pro (2020) flawlessly, and quickly, and they never get hot. But for the iphone, I think this is the perfect size charger, and I get several charges before I have to re-charge the PowerCore. I have to say again that customer service was excellent. If you have a defective unit, give them a chance to make it right. The seem to stand behind their product. They were not only friendly, but also extremely responsive via email. They replaced my defective unit, and also sent a PowerPort Speed+Duo wall charger to replace the mini wall charger that kept getting extremely hot when charging the PowerCore. They also took the time to answer any questions I had. I'm really impressed with the replacement Duo wall charger. I used it to charge up my Ipad, my iphone, the PowerCore and anything else I could get my hands on. I wanted to see how fast it charged, AND if it got hot. It remained cool, and didn't get hot once. It has the PD or USB charge, so you can use either one. I prefer to use the PD as it charges much quicker. I definitely recommend this over the mini wall charger. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: 11-13-2020 I've updated my rating to 3 stars for now. After I sent my unit back, I was contacted by the seller, and they have sent me a replacement Anker PowerCore Slim 10000 PD. I am in the process of charging and recharging to see how things go. So far, so good! It is a really nice, light charger, and I like the quick charge. However, I did have issues with the mini wall charger, which got REALLY hot when using it. They are sending a replacement and I will update my review when I see how the wall charger replacement works. Also, I will give more updates as to how many charges I get out of each fully charged Powercore after using it for a few more weeks. I must say I am really impressed with their friendly, customer service. I never expected to hear from them about the issues with my first purchase. I do have several other Anker products that I bought, and have been really happy with so far, so I am hoping I just got a bad unit, and everything will be ok from here on out. They really do seem to stand behind their product, and seem to want to make things right. Definitely impressed with that. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It seems like a really nice charger, and I like how slim it is; however- IT WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE! I charge it up, and within a few hours, it is down from 4 to 3 lights, and takes another HOUR to Re charge (this without even using it). This make it uses less to me if it does t hold a charge! Sending it back.

Nice charger, great customer service
My initial charger did not hold a charge for long. I posted the below review, and within one day, someone from Anker reached out to me, determined I had a defective unit, and soon sent me a free replacement! The customer support was excellent, even when I hadn't asked for it. They definitely went above and beyond. I like the new charger, and it holds a good charge for at least 10 days, and quickly charged my iphone after that (via a not-included usb-c to lightning cable). I recommend Anker, and this portable charger. ------ (previous review) I wanted to like this power bank; it had great reviews and specs, and was from a name I know. It also looks better in person than from the pictures here. However, the battery does not hold a charge for long. After a full charge (overnight, all blue lights are lit), it only lasts 5 to 6 days before it is completely discharged (no lights). This is *without* being plugged into anything or trying to charge anything from it, multiple times. For me, this makes it useless, as I cannot rely on it being charged when I need it. I cannot have it is plugged in all the time just in case. I have had numerous other power banks that lasted much longer and only slowly lost charge over weeks. In general I like Anker, and have a bunch of their gear that's been good (chargers, cables, etc.) but I do not recommend this product, unless you want to use the power bank right after you charge it.

Small, light weight, awesome capabilities
I bought this for use with my Quest 2 in an effort to build a DIY "elite strap alternative" (you can find my post with more information on Reddit). The key to doing that was finding a battery pack that offered a.) USB-C output and b.) 15-18W output. I was going to go with one of the cheaper Anker options but they only offered INPUT via the USB-C. As such, this option appeared to have the most flexibility within this size (10kmAh). What a brilliant product. Sleek and sturdy, it feels great in your hand. It is incredibly small and lightweight for how powerful it is, which is exactly what I was looking for as I'd have the battery on my person while playing. The battery fit great into my workout armband, and the included USB-C cable was the perfect length to provide power to my headset without being too long or too short. Outcome: I have only tested for about 2 hours of play, but wow this thing is great. It kept my headset pegged at 99% the whole time I was playing, and still had 4 bars of power when I stopped. I will continue utilizing the battery until it runs out so I can get an idea of max playtime. I will really be putting it through it's paces this weekend with a quality gaming session. Combining this battery with an arm strap (typically used by runners to hold their phone) and a right-angle USB-C adapter, it offers a great alternative to the (out of stock) Elite Strap to provide users with additional portable power on their Quest 2 headset. If you own a Quest 2, and you're looking to extend the battery without plugging into the wall, this is your solution!

More Quest 2 power! Counterweight too
I got this for my Quest 2 as an extra battery, which it does great, and for a counterweight As for the purchase part, Iโve seen a few reviews saying it came in a bag w/stickers or whatever, that did not happen to me, but if that should be you Iโve also read that Anker support is nice about it and will replace it It came in a box with the battery, usb-c male to male connector, and the manual. The battery came half charged. The design is neat, with the bottom being smooth and the top part is slightly textured, looks real professional Now for the battery. This thing works well as a battery for the Quest 2, I havenโt done any official testing but I can confidently say it extends the stock battery by a hefty amount, from 2ish hours upward of 5 to possibly 8 (I havenโt played that long yet) As for a counterweight bonus, it works as one. I have fastened the battery with a couple leftover Velcro strips I had and itโs snug. It takes a lot of the weight off the face, making the headset way more comfortable even with the stock head band. 10/10 good price for what it is, i could even take it off of my Quest and use it for my phone if I wanted.

Good USB-C charger, 10,000 mAHr is misleading
Once the pack is charged, it charges my Pixel 3 phone very quickly. My phone reports it's being fast charged and the USB tester reports 9 volts at 2 amps. When the pack was completely discharged, and would not charge my phone anymore, I put it on a 60 watt USB-C charger connected my charge monitor. As you can see it charged in 4.5 hours as they state, but it only took 2969mAHr. This is because it was charging at 15 volts via USB-C. The important thing is that the total wattage of the pack battery, and that shows 44 Whr. The documentation says that it's about 37 Whr, so the measured match is the specified pretty closely. Since Watts is amps * volts, if we were to charge this pack at 5 volts, or 1/3 the voltage then it would take approximately 3 times the mAHr (and a lot longer!) to get it fully charged which would be very close to 10,000 mA hour. So I think their mA hour rating is really at a certain voltage that they don't specify. What you really need to know when buying USB-C type charger packs is the watt hours that they can supply to your various devices because USB-C PD can charge at 5, 9, 12, 15 and sometimes even 20 volts. Overall this pack does what it says. It fast charges my phone and holds the rated power.

Product works/ turn off your off your device and charge it
So you are looking to buying one of these and the price is what gets you thinking right ? Well I bought one for 20 dollars and some change. However I was looking at the 26000 mah one but the set up i want is 130 dollars .. Let me say I spent the 20ish to try it on the fast charging option. I have a s20 ultra and it fast charges good ! I drained my phone to 12% connected the battery back and left my phone alone for like one hour. Coming back from my break I seen 100% and said huh to myself... so I took out my back up phone that my company provides and it was at 25% also got charged to 100%. Bare with me i charged the bank again and messed with it i drained my laptop down to 30% which is a lenovo c740 and I SHUT IT DOWN AND PLUGGED IN THE ANKER BATTERY BANK this is when it got interesting ( I assumed maybe I would get to 50%) I opened my laptop and turned it on and bam! 100% I'm convinced the product works man. Alot has to do with the user not the equipment... see my laptop gives me 4 hours of battery life and manufacturers say 10 hours of battery life ... I run Microsoft, word, PowerPoint, plus, video chat , ect ect you get my point... I'm a heavy user when it comes to my tech I can be a nerd and buy what will serve me real good. Any ways anker battery bank 26000 mah here I come .

Good size, durable and long lasting.
Best battery bank. If it's something you don't have to use for anything other than your phone, this thing won't be dying on you through out the day.

Size matters, as does power.
Let's face it. Hipster batteries with round or bulbous shapes may work for the Bonnadoo and Glasko crowd, but us Monterey Pop types need serious tools to get us through a full day or two of limited charging opportunities. This PD power bar from Anker fills the bill, so to speak. The size, and shape is almost identical to a cased 5.8" and 6.1" device. This affords stylish, and highly effective transport of hand or pocket carry. Whilst too early in my ownership to opine on the charging capacity. Similar 10 amp batteries from Anker have worked over two days, for at least two charges from below 20% to up to above 80%. Another nice product from Anker.
