Good quality and rapid delivery - happy with the purchase.
I have used the TheraBand to complete physio exercises that strengthen my hip and leg muscles to hopefully improve a long standing tendinopathy condition. It was purchased on recommendation from my physio and I'm pleased to say it's working! The roll was longer than I wanted, however, I have been able to make more than 1 band for different locations (gym bag as well as available in a couple of rooms), and share with gym friends for generally strength training :-)
