LAURA GELLER Baked Balance-n-Glow Illuminating Powder Foundation (Light) Buildable Sheer to Light Coverage Baked Foundation, Satin Finish

I was tempted to try this baked foundation and it was on offer at a good price. I purchased the light colour. It is easy to apply with a brush and gives a lovely finish. Your skin looks healthy with a slight glow and perfections are lightly covered. A very natural look and you can apply more for intensity if you wish.

I bought this to replace a nearly empty very old compact of Laura Geller foundation. It was larger (probably supersized) and I loved it. But that was discontinued so I took a chance on this. My previous was colour correcting matte ... this one is colour correcting illuminating and when I opened, was much lighter in the compact than my previous one, which although also called LIGHT, was a darker medium colour (all marbled though). But I knew I could send it back if it didn't suit and this one is perfectly acceptable to me, going into Autumn/Winter when I'm slightly paler anyway. Nice texture, a hint of glitter which I guess is he illuminating factor. Arrived in tact (no cracks or powder explosions when I opened it). I tend to wear with or without primer depending on how much of a hurry I'm in. It doesn't sit in my large pores ... and it's very easy to start off with minimum for a natual no make up look ... and to build up more for a more refined finish. I also tend to use a straight brush if I want to use the lighter parts of the marble as a highlighter .... or the darker parts as a bronzer. Saves me having to use multiple products.

It is an excellent powder. I suffer from rosacea and it covers the small veins on my cheeks. It is glowing so I probably would not use it all over my face. It is a powder and like most of them, it can make small lines more visible. However, cover is great, makes my mature skin look healthy. I would recommend and purchase again.

I was hoping this item would cover as good, as quickly as video shows😒 it doesn't. It takes ages to build up and by that time I feel like I have too much on. The colour is great, but I have red patches and a couple of blemishes that take time to conceal. Other than that , great. And would recommend to friends .

Very happy with this item. The container opens quite easily but not too easy to fall open when you don't want it to. The powder is compressed and picks up quite easily on a brush. When applied it goes on really smoothly and you can layer more on for more complete coverage if you want to . I was really impressed that it didn't rub off onto my clothing like so many foundations do.

Already got this in the fair shade but found it a little dark for me so bought the porcelain and use it on top of the fair to cover the redness on my face it works really well I loved the coverage and quality of the fair but this combination is perfectAs I am 70 plus I also find it doesn’t settle into the lines on my face really good product can highly recommend

This makeup is amazing, I washed moisturised and applied primer before using , I followed the steps on how to apply on the Laura geller site. I applied two layers and it looks amazing, not heavy and so much easier than a cream foundation, you could do a few layers to make it look more dramatic, 100% recommend, I am 51 and it looks great on my skin. I bought golden medium.

Really good coverage in a maturing skin. Did not feel heavy. Did not accentuate fine lines. Easy to apply and blend. However, there is not much product for the money. The compact design is not filled with product so therefore I do not find this product particularly good value for money as it only lasted me approx 10 weeks with usage 5 days out of 7
