Induction Adapter, Induction Hob Converter Disc, Heat Diffusion Plate, with Separable Handle and Base (24 cm)

This works fine. I've a large frying pan given to me by a chef friend of mine. It's totally beaten up, but a solid piece of kit. However, it's not induction friendly. This game-changing piece of kit resolves the problem. I've used this constantly since I got it and have had no issues at all. The one thing to remember is that you may have to increase the temp of the hob as the extra layer this is (as it's sandwiched between the hob and the pan) may lower the temp getting to your pan. YMMV.

Does as it's suppose to. The handle function is very useful to handle the hot plate. Works on my induction stove. Only comment is it easily stains and experience discolouration with a few uses.

It does what it supposed to do. Heats up well and gets *really hot and easily heats up non magnetic pots/pans (only used on medium heat not high) The reason I've not pushed it to high heat is because it gets super hot and so does the glass top. I know my induction hob gets hot with normal use, but with this plates it gets very very hot. Concerning hot. I bought the plate for heating my waffle iron and sandwich iron (and pressure cooker). All are aluminium and used on stove top or direct fire but will not work on induction hob hence buying this plate. Other than the alarming heat on the induction hob it also leaves a horrible white residue on the black glass stove. None of my cast irons or other steel pots do this to the induction hob. Just this plate. The hob glass looks like it is stained and does not wash away immediately. Taken a few weeks to get the glass back to black. Having said all this the plate does what it is supposed to. I guess I'm not willing to chance my induction glass breaking or staining permanently so I don't use the plate anymore and it is just collecting dust. Instead I decided to buy a single hotplate for my two irons as well as pressure cooker, should have done that first.

Great , it works use it under pots on stove that are not usuable on induction , wish id had earlier i gave away all my hob cookware an brought new ! But i brought a sear an cook slow cooker an couldn’t use the pot on my induction hob did some reading on internet an found these difusers on line glad i did it works great. They do discolour when using them and handles an base get hot have to use oven glove with it. Happy with the purchase .

Just after we used it the first time and removed the plate from the hob, we saw the surface of hob had stains that didn't go away. On closer examination, we found this plate had a metallic coating that had melted and left its residue on the hob which cannot be removed. Ours is an expensive AEG hob and our heart breaks to see the hob damaged by this plate. Feedback for Amazon You sell low quality products with fake reviews and when such products are to be returned, we are asked to pay for returns with a limit that amazon will refund on cost of return.. Works like a charm. Heats up quickly and acts like a conventional hot plate allowing the use of perculators and pots and pans that you would not normally be able to use on an induction hob.

It works but the angled piece for the handle gets in the way slightly if you want to use a bigger pan on it, I would say get one of the options where the main piece is completely flat

Perfect for chutney and jam making where we use our large aluminium pan. The diffuser gives a more controlled heat but is not as quick as direct application of the pan
