A good place to start!
If you are new to calisthenics, this is a great book to start with. It is broken down into different levels, and as you progress and you get stronger, and you will very quickly, you will move into the next level and do more challenging exercises. This is great for those who travel for work and love out of hotels, that's why I bought this book.

minimal equipment required
Basic bodyweight fitness exercises - terrific diagrams and explanations. The book presumes you have access to a chin up bar - bar, not handles. "Oh, that's no problem," you say to yourself, "I will never do a chin up." Other exercises use the chin up bar, too. Very good stretches. Straightforward directions, good text.

Great book!
I've been following red delta project for a couple of years, and I really like the simple approach to getting and staying fit for a "normal" person, not an elite athlete (which the vast majority of us neither are or want to be). This book sums up the basics of how to start and keep going, and how to progress when you are ready.

A good start
I used to work out consistently, I have lost myself over the years so I bought this book hoping it would give me a good start. It is motivational for sure, but there are a few things in there that I don’t have access to, a bar to hang from, a suspension trainer, different level of boxes, a few other things that came up…the whole point of this book is to just use body weight without use of any equipment. We have a park behind our house that may work, however, I am not in the mood to have my neighborhood watch me struggle, I may find something different for those muscle groups. I was looking for something to warm me up for more intense training, even if this isn’t it it’s worth the purchase.

Good book with levels to progress
I like it.. Has good info for beginners in the front then has diffrent levels to progress into which is exactly what I want! Just an FYI it has some excercises you would need to purchase a pull up bar and suspension handles that I will be skipping for now until I can purchase them.

Shallow dive into lots of things
Good not great book covered lots of things like exercises, eating habits, sleep, stretching, etc. Stretching section needed more visual examples. For basic book why advanced examples of exercises More reasons but I think that enough for you to be aware of.

Just completed my first read through. I’m not new to doing exercise but I definitely will throw my hands up and say I’m a noob when it comes to understanding it. After years of blindly following YouTube videos or winging it at the gym and ignoring aches and pains, I feel like I finally have a deeper knowledge and awareness of how to look after my body during workouts and have some kind of base framework to assess myself with. Super beginner friendly with a very positive approach to exercise and what a healthy diet can look like. Feeling upbeat about training correctly from here on out thanks to this book.

Das Buch ist für Anfänger gut geeignet. Jedoch gibt es Übungen, für die Zusatzmaterial benötigt wird. z.b. Klimmzugstangen oder Schlingentrainer.
