Terrible product, no lather
Terrible product, no lather, smells like bad floor cleaner. I trashed it. Much better are L'Oreal products....in every way compared to this one.

Maybe the formula liquefied in shipping but the shampoo is the consistency of milk. Runny and difficult to apply. There's more product waste, otherwise I like the softness and texture of my hair after use combined with the conditioner. The scent is a nice subtle almond. I'm not sure that I'd pay $35 for this one product though. I purchased for $5.95 as a special Amazon offer with the Smoothing Shampoo.
