Yes, this one is one of the ones that will switch top and bottom. Not all Swap Force characters do, though. The way to know is to check the packaging. If there is a spin dial in the upper left corner, that Swap Force character can switch top and bottom.

does this figure work with wii

I do not think the characters are game specific, they run of the podium. I purchased one that said it was for a WII and worked fine on my PS4. You can reach out to Activision's tech line to be safe though.
