A bit pricey I thought,but they are very comfortable do the job,and save me bread that I spent on pads that just ride up or come off and stick to your bits and pieces I’ve bought a few now and recommend them.

Fits very well and helps with minor leaks.

These pants are comfortable to wear. The are absorbent and I have not experienced any leakage. They are expensive but in my opinion worth the money for the peace of mind they give.

Not used as intended, however.... I've recently returned to attending the gym and I've noticed that I sweat loads and often have a wet backside! I'd leave a sweaty patch on the seats of the work stations, weights bench, bikes and floor mats, feeling pretty embarrassed every time. So I thought I tried some incontinence pants to absorb the sweat, they were absolutely amazing, no more wet patches on the gym equipment, no more embarrassment. Should I need such a product for urinary incontinence, I'd certainly consider these!

Bought these for my father, and to say that they did not do the job is an understatement. Leaked straight through on to the armchair. You cannot describe something as an incontinence product if it does not work. They were expensive and useless. I wish it were possible to get my money back.

These briefs look and feel great. They fit perfectly. I call them dignity briefs because they help restore a man's self-esteem that can get shaken by incontinence. Any man with mild to moderate incontinence should make these part of his wardrobe. What a difference knowing that these are on your body as opposed to a pad or a diaper! Hello youthfulness and a new lease on life. My only complaint is the medium black are still out of stock. I want to buy more of them.

These have been a lifesaver. My dad uses them because he had prostate cancer, and they’ve helped him so much. Sometimes regular adult diapers just don’t work for him, but these underwear provide better comfort and protection. Great quality and very reliable. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with incontinence issues.
