Pleasantly surprised! These come fully assembled and with slip resistant strips to add if you choose. They’re sturdy and have good gripping feet on each corner. There is no unevenness (they don’t teeter-totter) and they don’t move once in place. Perfect for a high step from house to patio that helps our elders get outside easily!

Made really well. I attached an outdoor mat to it with zip ties because I wanted to protect it and wasn’t sure if when wet it would be slippery because I only have a small overhang. I needed this because the step down from the front door is longer then the steps. It worked out perfect and it’s still in great shape well over a year now. It’s really beautiful on its own🌿

Step is well made and nice looking. I like the strips that can be added to each slot. High is perfect and doesn't slide. Bought it for my Mom to make it easier for her to from garage to kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

The step seems very stable and has definitely been helpful in negotiating a very high step from my porch into the kitchen. I had two concerns when I received it. First it is varnish which I thought it would cause it to be dangerously slippery when winter weather or freezing rain hit. I was write. The first time a little snow settled on it it became slippery as ice. My dog stepped on it first on our way out the door and literally slipped onto his side. So I have temporarily covered it with a rubber floor mat which seems to be working. I will need to nail it on just to be safe. Secondly, the screws on the top holding it together are very recessed. I notice water pooling in them after rains. If left exposed when freezing and thawing occurs I suspect it will eventually lead to damage. Another reason the step will need a permanent slip-proof covering.

This was the best thing I bought for stepping in and out of my door that was so steep. It works best if you have a cement slab to position it on. It's been in the rain and snow year round and the wood is very durable, has never cracked nor affected the wood. It sure has made it much easier to step into my house and I haven't needed to put any non-slip material on it. Just the right height I needed. No assembly. Well worth it.

Had new concrete laid for a front patio this summer had to add a step off due to the side walk by front door! It's rained and now snowed still slip proof and works wonders for my elderly mother!

I seldom write reviews. If you are looking for a step up solution, just look no further. This product is everything you want. Here is why: 1. It is beautiful and beyond expectations for craftsmanship 2. It is wider than the cheaper plastic models so as not to fall or trip 3. I read about it potentially being slick due to wood, but it came with a roll of non-slip product. I went to unroll it, and WOW! Every strip PRE-CUT to fit exactly. 4. The non-slip strips were clear so the beauty of the woods shows through. 5. Don't settle for a model 30 bucks cheaper. You will be happy with this.

This has been a very good purchase and really helps elevate having to step up over a high roof step. My only concern is that it could do with a non slip mat attached to it especially if it's been raining. I did actually do this myself to make it extra safe .

Diese Trittstufe ist eine absolute Erleichterung um den Höhenunterschied von Stufen angenehmer zu machen. Bleibt beim rauftreten auch an seinem Platz. Zudem eine perfekte Tritttiefe.
