As long as the thread on it is 5/8. It will work on your Ettore Pole

Can I get a flo thru handle?

Using the appropriate handle with hose bib connection (with flow valve) and threaded brush tip, you merely need to drill the existing adapter hole to allow water pass through. I recommend a 3/8 drill bit properly centered in the existing threaded hole. Good luck!

Does this brush work with the non hydro Unger extension pole?

It's fitted with a standard screw-on head that I use with a telescoping extension pole I bought at Lowes so I imagine the threads and diameter are pretty much universal.
