Can this system be hooked up to a external wall clock?

Depending on what kind of clock it is. We have tested a digital wall clock here, to sync the wall clock time from the Netbell-2 NTP server, it worked great.

Can you hook this to a push button?

Hi Larry, yes, you can connect a push button to the Netbell-2 to ring your bells manually for emergency, please check the attached video to see how to connect the push button to one of the digital inputs and how to configure the software. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

What port would the digital timeclock be connected to? pc in ports or the relay/output ports? i have a valcom ip spkr/clock to connect

Depending on which model of Valcom you have. If your IP speaker already has a tone generator built-in, you can simply use the Netbell-2 to close the contact and play the tone you selected. If your Valcom clock is able to sync its time from an NTP server, you can set the Netbell-2 to sync the time from the same NTP server. Again, it really depends on the model(s) you have before we can give you more suggestion. Thanks.

does this unit have 2 page ports ? ex: one for inside speakers and one for outside horns?

This device doesn't have any page ports, just 2 dry contact relays rated for 110/220V @ 10 amps. It can be used with a PA system as long as you use a tone generator or there is a tone generator built into the PA system, to actually activate different tones on a tone generator.
