I bought another product with lidocaine that said "cream" but it was more like a gel. Is this a cream or a gel?

Semantics! I consider it a creamy gel. As long as it stops my aches & pains, I am just happy that UT works great. My only complaint is the strong scent, but Icy Hot Lydacane is also perfumed. It is quite liquid, so open carefully. Keep away from small children. Buy 2 our 3 tubes and keep handy. Works in just a few minutes no matter if my back aches, Mt granny feet ache, or my shoulder hurts.

Can this be used to numb before tattooing?

I wouldn’t even bother with it to be honest, it did nothing for me whatsoever. Aspercreme with lidocaine works much better for me, but I’m not tattooing

does this come in larger sizes ?
