I love this and my body feels more energized when I take it. no weight loss with it. Quality is good and I can smell the ingredients, but I can't taste them. easy to swallow. The issue I have is the cost has exceeded my budget, so I have to stop taking them. At the lower cost I recommend but at the newest price they cost to much.

I've been wanting to try balance of nature for a few years but they are expensive. I finally broke down and bought the 4 pack. My husband and I have been taking them for over a month now. We're mostly just feeling a small boost of energy. Didn't do much for aches and pains.
