Yes! It shoots pretty hard even across the room. You can also turn off the automation and just shoot. And that doesn’t hurt.

Anyone have problems with the bullets breaking? I bought this for my son for Christmas and 3 of the 6 bullets have shot out broken!

We had the exact same thing happen. I contacted Nerf directly and they ended up sending out a box of 20 darts. They still break super easy though. If you have the time and patience, you can glue the head back on but it’s kind of a PITA.
