First time cruiser, but I’m assuming one tag per bag? Would a carry on need one?

Congrats on your first cruise! You'll need one Celebrity Luggage Tag Holder for each bag that you plan to check at the terminal. When you show up to the port, they'll ask you to leave your bags at the front of the port. You can leave as many as you'd like and take as many as you'd like.

You'll want to take on anything you'll need from that point (usually noon-ish) until those bags are delivered to your cruise cabin. That typically happens around 3-5pm.

I'd estimate one checked bag and one small carry-on per cruise passenger! Have an amazing cruise!

Question 2

Do these also fit the tags that Celebrity mails to you? I intend to use those instead of printing my own.

Accepted Answer

No - if you are unable to print the digital luggage tags that Celebrity provides, then you can request that Celebrity mail you physical tags. These mailed tags will NOT fit our tag holders. If you plan to request physical tags, rather than print those issued form Celebrity, then these tags will not work for you.

Question 3

I ordered / received these, But it looks like it will cut off part of the celebrity tag as folded.  It needs to be about 1" longer????

Hi! That's strange. We (Cruise On) haven't heard of this before. Those Celebrity Cruise Tags should fit perfectly. One thought is that it may be a print settings issue. Could the Disney Cruise ones fit these?
