Certainly helpful with my bad back

This gel, like most other pain-relieving gels, is very expensive for the amount you get. And, depending on the location of your pain, you might need to use quite a bit of it. I've been using it for knee and shoulder / arm pain. It was most effective on my shoulder, with noticeable relief immediately, and a gradually improvement overall after a couple of days. It hasn't been anywhere near as effective on my knee, but I appreciate that might be down to whatever is really causing the pain. I can't take ibuprofen orally, so a gel like this is useful to have. Disappointed overall by the pricing strategy of this and other brands.
