Video Conference PTZ Controller Decoding Series Keyboard with 5 Inch LCD Screen 4D Joystick POE Function Protocol Connection

I use this for my video productions on large conferences and weddings. From live-streaming to recording video it works GREAT! If I needed more I would get more! So many cameras with ease of function. Very good quality too! You will not go wrong with this unit!

We bought this controller about 18 months ago. We use it every week in our streaming process. We control four NDI cameras from 2 different manufacturers and have absolutely no problems with them. Setup was fairly simple. While the manual leaves much to be desired (Leftek needs to hire English speaking writers), the interface was very intuitive and the manual was not rally needed. One drawback is that the RS232 interface does not work. We are still looking for a solution to control our Leftek USB PTZ camera.

I just received the LEFTEK yesterday. At first, I thought that it wasn't working because I had it plugged into a switch that provides POE. Later, I figured out that it actually needs POE+. If you've ever configured a network device before, you can easily configure this. The default network settings look for an IP address in the 192.168.0.x subnet. If you are using something different (like 192.168.1.x), you have to change the network settings for the IP address and the gateway to reflect the subnet you have configured for your network. Once that was done, it connected quickly. I'm using Amcrest IP2M-866EW and IP2M-853W cameras. The LEFTEK found both of them through it's search function. Changing cameras takes 3 button pushes [CAM, # of camera, & Enter]. The display is crisp, but does wash out if looking at it at an extreme angle. It should be fine for normal usage. There is a little clear sticker in the top right corner of my display. It's stuck on there pretty well. It doesn't bother the usage, but bothers me a bit that it is there. The joystick feels solid and so do the buttons. It is easy to slightly twist the zoom on the joystick, which stops the pan and tilt. Overall, I think this is a good purchase and well worth the money for my needs.

This product was great when working, despite the amount of time the setup took, it was perfect for what i needed, A church setup only used twice a week. But here we are a little over a year later, and it will not turn on anymore, it turns on and stays blank. Products should not be this faulty with minimal use. This is a terrible experience

I should preface by saying I don’t have first hand experience with another model to compare apples to apples, but this seems like they copied the design of an existing product but didn’t have the knowledge to make use of the features. Some of the buttons are not able to do anything. The zoom, and pan motions are far from smooth, even with practice, it doesn’t remember pan/zoom speed settings after a restart, and sometimes the camera will start drifting one direction, which it does not do with the controller disconnected. We will be replacing it with a known brand.

Very easy to set up and operate. Joystick has good response. Love the LCD screen so can view on the fly. For the price, this is a great contender for some of the more expensive ones. Does everything I need. Have bought 3 so far to set up livestream in 3 churches.

This controller looks the part and even boast the different port options. The RS422 and RS232 are non operational. You can only use the IP interface to control the PTZ cameras. My cameras don't have the Cat6 port so this thing is useless. Very disappointing 😞

This controller works great with my two SMTAV PTZ cameras. I run a live stream program for a church and put this into the equipment mix. It works very well and is easy to configure. It will require some configuration with the camera IP addresses, but it will find the attached cameras once that is resolved. I recommend it.
