Works Well - Customer Service is Second to None - Superior
The NIKAND Solar Mole Repellent items are solar-powered and charge up as expected. I previously reviewed this item and gave it a less than stellar review because the chipmunks continued to carry on as usual. Customer Service contacted me and offered a full refund or a free replacement. I elected the free replacement and received it immediately After installation the chipmunks have "left the building". I suppose the original set of Mole Repellents were not working properly. I cannot say enough good about this organization, they may be small but others could copy their customer relations and service. I'd recommend them to one and all.

Did nothing to discourage moles
Activity continued to ramp up without a pause after I saturated the area with the spikes. After one week of continuous annoying beeps and more mole mounds, I called an exterminator. He set seven traps where tunnels intersected and the battle was over by the next morning. My first day without a new mole mound. I have two neighbors that tried as much or more than I had and both only had success with the "Gopher Hawk". I considered getting three but I went with exterminator guarantee for about twice the price and be done with it. Moles are unbelievably persistent.

Overall good investment
I bought these a few years ago and was waiting to see how these worked and then forgot to leave a review! These seem to have been working and are still working even a few years later. I don't have anymore mole activities. You can hear these in your yard if you are within a few feet and there's no other noises, otherwise they are pretty quiet. You don't really notice them. One of mine broke during installation, the tops of them are very fragile so I recommend softening the ground with a water hose or waiting until after a nice rainfall. Otherwise all around I think these are a good investment to protect your yard from further mole damage.

didnt work for me but seller refunded in full
Updated: I received a message from the seller and they have refunded my purchase price in full. they are really good to work with and took care of the issue immediately. Thank You for rectifying the problem. Don't waste your money. I purchased these for a small front yard. With 2 in the ground I should be completely covered as far as footage goes. The instructions state to give it time. 4 weeks go by and moles are still present. 6 weeks go by and I have a mole farm in my front yard. My lawn is destroyed. I can't walk out there without sinking in the ground. This product is worthless. I trusted that the product would solve my problem like they stated it would. Now I have to spend a fortune redoing my landscaping because I purchased this mole repellent to do what it claims it can do. I think the seller should pay my landscaping bill because he is selling and advertising a product that doesn't work at all

They work if they work (CHECK) as soon as you get them.
Make sure you pull them out as soon a you get them and check to see if they work. I opened the first box and they worked beautifully but when I needed the next box, I found out the entire box were DUDS. I can understand one or even two out of the box not working but the entire box. I don't know if it was Amazon or the Manufacturer that got me. I don't like it but it's my fault. I should have checked when I got them and not when I needed them.

Do they work?
I can state that these do vibrate as they stated. Do they do anything I’m hopeful

Annoys dogs. Moles and snakes indifferent.
I’ve had a couple of these in our backyard for over a week now, and the molehills keep appearing. One is right in the middle of the main activity area, and it’s clear the only thing that vexes the mole is the fact that I put it into one of their tunnels. I also didn’t buy it to drive off snakes, but I found it funny that I found a garner snake hanging out within inches of one. So it doesn’t seem to be good at driving off anything. Well, our dogs give them a look when they go off. That’s something, I guess. Build quality is also not great. One stopped producing anything other than a quiet and sad beep within 24 hours of placing it, then died completely a day or two later. Another one has been dying a slow death over the past few days. One has been working fine, so if a 33% operational record is what you’re looking for, this might work for you!

Does not work for rabbits
I know that rabbits are not classified as rodents, but they do burrow and are very destructive. I originally bought this product because I was hoping that it would be a snake repellent as indicated on the box. If it does not work on rabbits I doubt very much if it will work on snakes. It may work on moles but I have to say I am very disappointed. I have to admit although I was not pleased with the Sonic Deterrent Mole Stopper, I was completely impressed with the customer service of this company, thus the five stars. I did try their outdoor solar lanterns and I was amazed at the reality of the "flaming light".

Moles moved on after nearly 3 weeks with units on 24/7
Mole found in rear garden during late summer. This product put in place around the garden as per the instructions Nothing happened with the mole infestation for about 14-18 days with product switched on 24/7 However after this period the mole hills lessened to zero. The solar battery lasted throughout the night when they were in full sun during the day. Only negative was each unit makes a beep sound ever 20sec or so, and with 4 going off at separate times it was a distraction when sitting out in the garden. Great product give it a couple of weeks and moles will move on.

1 week of summer use and they stopped working. Beware
Extremely poor product. I brought 6 of these to combat a small mole problem caused by a mole being active as my neighbour's were doing building work and disturbed the ground. I put them out and the worked for a few days. After plenty of sunlight and a little rain 5 of the 6 don't even make a sound or vibration and the other one is operating at 10% noise. A very poor product considering these arr £9-10 each. Save your money and buy garlic and mint balls for the ground instead. These are on the way back now for a full refund.
