Delicious!!

I am a type 1 diabetic who needs to inject insulin four times a day. My diet should be high in protein and fiber, low in sugar, especially added sugars. I also have to be very careful about how many carbs I take-in. Catalina Crunch Cereal has been a great addition to my diet! I have tried all of the different brands they offer and I have no favorite - I like them all! I eat it more often right out of the pouch as a tasty, filling snack, but it is excellent as a breakfast cereal eaten with milk. I have been buying Catalina Crunch cereals for about 6 months now, and haven't grown tired of them. Again, there is much variety with all of the different flavors so I alternate. I highly recommend this if you're a diabetic and would like to try something new that won't escalate your glucose levels and is very enjoyable! If you're not a diabetic I also recommend it highly for the great taste and source of high protein and fiber, with almost no sugar!

I used to really enjoy Catalina Crunch, but since I stopped having it or similar products as often, and haven’t had as much sweeteners, I found this really cloyingly sweet when I tried it again. If you’re used to the taste, it is a great protein and fiber product for what it is — but if you’re not used to or are sensitive to that artificial sweetener sort of taste, you will not like this product.

They have good crunch and the taste is OK, but eating with Almond milk it tastes horrid. I like to just eat them dry as a snack.

I'm obsessed with this cereal. The honey flavor is my absolute favorite, but this maple waffle one tastes very similar to it, so it's a close second. I don't know what it is, but this stuff is all I ever want to eat now, and I am not typically such a cereal person!

I'll be nice and start with the good: 1. I like the texture Now, the bad: 1. Horrible wretched taste 2. I am not a picky eater but I will struggle to finish this small bag 3. Without doing the actual math, I'm guessing this awful cereal cost me about $2.50/serving and that's a lot! Terribly high cost for something I'm going to have to choke down. 4. Super strong erythritol or sucralose taste but neither ingredient exists in the list. It must be the Monk fruit which I am usually fine with. Can't figure out why this tastes so bad! Maybe the chickory? I'm laughing about it... as I'm gagging on it right now. Please save your money and don't get this. It's garbage. I much preferred Forager brand chocolate O's!!

This is a delicious cereal. To those who complained that the portion size is too small, perhaps this is why you need to eat this cereal now because you are not paying attention to carbs. Only a teenager, young adult, construction worker or athlete can eat an entire cup of cereal and still have good blood sugar. I found that 1.25 ounces of this cereal, plus 1/3-1/2 cup of berries, 2-3 T nuts, and 5 ounces of milk provided a delicious breakfast with about 20 g protein, 21 net carbs, and 19 g fat, 315-341 calories, and it will hold you til lunch. Don't try to fill your bowl with cereal alone. The only other cereal I can eat is crackling oat bran and the serving is still the same size, and it doesn't have this much protein! I'm excited to try all the other flavors! And to be able to eat half a banana with cereal again! Yeah! Mmmm going to try, chocolate cereal, 1/2 banana, 2 T peanuts, 5 oz milk next.

I love their products, but this flavor.. not so much. I have had the chocolate and the cinnamon, and they are good. The Maple waffle, has a bad aftertaste for me. It just isn't what I hoped for. I don't like writing negative comments, I was more disappointed since I liked the other 2 flavors. Hopefully, they can work on their ingredients or something on the maple one.

Great flavour, great texture! Slight after-taste, not sure what that is but worth it anyway.

They are super over priced but I thought if they were good it’s worth it. The texture is good but taste is awful

These are worth a try if you want something new, but way too expensive. PROS: -great crunch -nice flavor -surprisingly filling -healthy ingredients CONS: -way too expensive -slight bitter aftertaste
