So easy! For medium serving, pour 1 cup of bulgar in medium pot, add 2 cups water or liquid. I have used chicken stock or veggie stock, let it boil then turn it down to low and cook about 12-14 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve hot. Once cooked, It can be added to meat loaf or stuffed mushrooms or ?? For leftovers. Great with chicken fish, or red meat.
