Seems pretty sturdy for the price, pretty light, only reason it's a 4 star is because the grip is a slightly sticky rubber and not a fan but others might prefer that

Awesom rod
Strong, lightweight and comfortable on the hands. I’ve used it and abused it for about 2 months, dropped it in the water, accidentally smacked it against dock pylons and branches and haven’t had so much as a scratch. Great rod, no complaints.

Nice rod for a great price
I bought the Casting 7' MH for my Crixus bait caster and love the ability to cast with this combo so I bought another 7' MH Casting and a 7' M Spinning as well. The quality seems pretty good, guides and handle are very nice. And you can't beat the cost either.

Awesome 2-Piece Casting Rod
The sensitivity of the rod is really good considering it is a 2-piece rod, plus it is very comfortable in the hand. I have already tested the strength of rod when I pulled in a nice size Grass Bass... more grass then bass. This is the first 2-piece casting rod that I have owned and I use it as a traveling rod which is really cool because I can fit it in the trunk of my car along with all of my gear. I paired it up with the KastKing Crixus Dark Star casting reel. The craftsmanship of the rod and slick design really dose it for me. I'm now looking to purchase one of the spinning rods to pair with the Crixus Spinning Reel I have already.

New favorite rod!
I've got a new favorite rod! Lightweight, strong yet sensitive, very comfortable in my hand. I usually carry 3 rods in my kayak, but thus is the one I use most, if not exclusively! Will buy again!

Best bang for your buck!
Hands down this is one of the best poles for the price. The way they ship the product is amazing as well. You don't have to worry about it showing up broken! I would highly recommend getting one of the poles to anyone from a beginner to a pro. They're suitable for any angler!
