Mikuni adapter
Tried three other adapters that said it would work with oem equipment they did not work this is the only one that worked five stars from me

It allowed me to use my original air cleaner when switching to a Mikuni carburetor
A couple of things. One, there are air ports in the carburetor near the bottom of the circle that are somewhat blocked by this adapter. I felt a venturi effect could happen to the port under high flow conditions, so I blended that area to clear the area so there would be no possibility of it. Second, I had to use spacers between the backing plate and the two mount brackets. I used valve cover washers which are rubberized on one side and washer on the other. That took care of the approximately 3/16 gap, which could be due to the carburetor being longer or the adapter causing it. Didn't look into it, just fixed it. The carb is properly mounted, made sure of that. Mikuni manifold also.
