This band is made from quality material that is durable, strong and rigid. No worries of breakage or tear if stretched longer or harder. I have been using it regularly for more than an year and it is still going strong. Love it and seeing better results in shorter periods than training with weights. As with any band, try not to tie it around rough edges and preferably use an anchor. If no anchor, take an old T-shirt or a rag cloth and tie edges together to form a loop. Insert the knot between door and door frame to lock in place and tie the band through the loop. Care tips; wipe off sweat stains with a cloth after every workout (occasionally with a damp one). To remove tough stains if any, soak in mild detergent for a while and rinse off with water and dry in the shade or in the sun for an hour and not more.

I bought specially for Calisthenics and its working really well. I used it for paralla bar dips and it is so helpful. I barely could do 2 reps of partal bar dips, now i can able to do 9 reps (17 reps with help of band). It helps you to adopt the technique target required muscle group.

Best for beginners. I have been using this from last 30 days, and I can clearly see increase in strength and also the pump in the muscles. Easy to carry, no maintainance. Just you need to protect it from getting scratched or do not use it on rough surfaces. The most important thing is be consistent in exercising and also you can include different exercise in your bucket for variation. # Enjoy Exercising.

Not at all good..... Highly elastic, doesn't hold any strength. I am very dissatisfied. Forget about pull up assistance, even it doesn't help in stretch exercises. Also it comes with a "no return" condition. I am surprised, how it is listed under Amazon basics category. Amazon Team....please please take a note of this

It won’t totally replace your gym regime but for travel — as I gradually learned to use it.. it is actually great

Allenandomi a corpo libero avevo bisogno di una loop band sia per aumentare la mia forza fisica ma anche per migliorare lo stretching finale e fra le varie alternative ho scelto questa perché conoscendo il mio fisico quella da 1.9cm è la più adatta ed inoltre essendo che conosco la qualità generale dei prodotti amazon basics ho voluto testarla anche nell'ambito fitness. ●PACKAGING 📦 -Arriva in un sacchetto con un rivestimento interno di pluriball con all'interno la banda elastica arrotolata e fermata con un piccolo elastico e un manuale con all'interno anche degli esercizi molto utili per creare una scheda di allenamento con a disposizione solo una loopband. ●DIMENSIONI 📏 - Altezza (come da descrizione) = 1,9 cm. - Spessore ≈ 0,40/45 cm. - Lunghezza (a riposo) ≈1,05 m. ●PRO ✅️ - Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. - Davvero apprezzato e utile il libretto d'istruzioni con all'interno dei tutorial per eseguire alcuni esercizi con la loopband che personalmente ho testato anche io e sono davvero efficaci come ad esempio lo squat. - Dopo oltre un mese di utilizzo intensivo (circa 3 volte a settimana con la media di 3 esercizi/stretching ad allenamento) è ancora come se fosse nuova di zecca. - La resistenza è soggettiva in base al proprio stato di forza fisica, nel caso mio è esattamente come la desideravo. ●CONTRO ❌️ -Non ho riscontrato nessun contro per ora, in caso aggiornerò di conseguenza la recensione. ●CONCLUSIONI - Consiglio questa loop band per chiunque voglia aumentare il livello del proprio allenamento a casa, in merito a qualità e prezzo è sicuramente tra le migliori. Più nello specifico consiglio questa (Nera) per chi ha già un livello medio di forza fisica, poiché altrimenti si potrebbe incorrere in infortuni per via della resistenza che applica.
