Imaginext DC Super Friends, Batman & Batwing with Joker

This was a favorite Christmas toy! My grandson plays with it for hours . It’s very sturdy !!

This is a great toy. I searched everywhere for an age appropriate batwing toy (non-brick building related), and this was the most economical one I could find. My son loves that it shoots the little discs with the bat symbol and that it comes with both batman and the joker. Our other imaginext batmans also fit inside this batwing. The latch is a little tough to close, but once you realize you have to press pretty hard, it works fine. I also like that my son has no problems launching the discs on his own and that they don't shoot out too hard (easy to recover, won't end up on the roof or anything).

We gave this batmobile (or batwing, as my son calls it) to our six year old for his birthday. I know he's probably on the older end of the age that most kids are into Imaginext toys, but he just discovered them on YouTube and has suddenly become really interested in Batman. He has never really had much interest in superheroes until this point. This is a pretty basic batmobile and doesn't do a whole lot, but he likes it and plays with it enough. It comes with three orange discs that shoot out of the bottom when you push a trigger. I wish that this batmobile would hold all three discs at once; however it only holds one at a time (the rest fit underneath). It goes along nicely with other Imaginext vehicles and the larger batcaves. Overall I would recomend this toy, but probably only as an adjunct to the other Imaginext toys, because by itself it is not all that exciting. Nephews love these lil figures! they are both fairly young so they really like the small size of these figures. They are great when you can find them cheap/close to MSRP but man some of them are super expensive for lil kids toys. if you can find them early when they are cheaper they are super great gifts. if you are not early then you just gotta keep checking to see if the price goes back down.

My 3 year old is really into batman and he got this toy from Santa this Christmas. Vaguely my little boy asked for a "superhero airplane" so this fits the bill. It comes with both a batman and joker figurines so there is already a built-in bad guy to chase. It shoots small plastic discs (comes with 3 discs) which my little boy loves to do as it is easy enough for him to load and shoot the discs himself (not always given with toys). There is an "afterburner" button (under the thumb in the product picture) that I really don't get as it doesn't really do much. Bottom line, it's a good fit for kids looking for a "flying" superhero toy.

Got this for my youngest for Christmas. What a great toy. Perfect for small hands. My son is 6. He loves that it shoots disk and he can fly it around with one hand.
