Good power
Used this to power my leds I built for my motorcycle. I have maybe 150 to 175 leds mounted, powers them fine. If you're wondering, it was a set I had laying around otherwise I would have gone with 12v and saved a step.

Yup, it does the thing.
Good quality, small size. I put one in my overhead console to power a dash cam. Easier to hide this power converter than a cigar lighter adapter.

Finicky compatibility with USB C
Tried to use with a dashcam, it kept turning on and off. However it did consistently put out 5V.

Good for some dash cams
I have installed several dash cameras in vehicles and wanted to keep the wiring hidden. Main problem is that some cameras use 5v and you cannot just tap into a hot power wire. This thing is nice and compact and easy to hide inside the dash. As another has pointed out, there is no instruction sheet, only the wiring sticker on it. For this type of item, I feel this is sufficient.

Output is not filtered...
Unit appears to be of high quality and heavy duty, however, the output does not appear to be filtered, it caused interference around sensitive radio equipment.
