Badger - Natural Sleep Balm, Lavender & Bergamot, Relaxing and Calming Balm for Children and Adults, 2 oz

The lavender camomile scent is very soothing and makes your bedroom smell like a spa. The formula does eventually dry down and sinks in, but your can massage and apply to cuticles and hands in excess for a nice rub before it does that. This is a cooling nice product. There is noticeable healing in hours.

This stuff is amazing. My mom bought it for me for Christmas because she knows I have issues falling asleep and staying asleep and I'm telling you, it works. So well that I actually bought this two pack in addition to the tin she got me because I don't want to run out (which you won't I've come to find since it lasts forever and you only need a little. I now have one in our guest room for those nights he's just snoring too much lol) and gave one as a gift to a friend who has the same sleep issues I have. It smells wonderful without being overpowering and I honestly feel the effects within minutes of putting it on. I put it on my temples and a bit under my nose/upper lip. I don't have any issues with it causing me to break out or staining my pillow etc. and I got my fiance to try it, he was super skeptical, but now he's obsessed and asks for it every night. It also helps me fall back asleep if I have to get up to use the bathroom or if he's snoring or the cat wants to be annoying etc. and it works great and I don't wake up groggy at all no matter the time I put it on in the middle of the night. I've even used it for a much-needed nap here and there. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has an overactive mind before bed or has issues waking up throughout the night. There's only one thing I find kind of funny: I swear I have the most bizarre dreams with this stuff. I'm already a lucid dreamer but this stuff takes my dreams to the next level. No nightmares or anything like that, just absolutely bizarre dreams that I can fully control if I choose to do so. It's kinda fun and my fiance has said he feels it makes his dreams crazy too. Who knows!? But I will definitely take a full night of crazy dreams over a night full of waking up and tossing and turning just trying to sleep! I'm about to buy the headache and happy mind balms as well because if they work as good as this one, I'm going to be so happy!

I came across this product by accident and was intrigued. I love the scent of Lavender and Bergamot, and who couldn't use a sleep balm. Plus, it's USA Organic, in keeping with all Badger products. It's suggested you rub a little onto your temples, face, neck, or lips, and use it regularly for best results. I find I miss it when I don't use it. I love the fragrance, and it's been well documented that lavender is a calming aroma. I'm not sure it helps me fall asleep faster, but it certainly does induce a degree of relaxation, so maybe it does. Even my dog loves it and snuggles up to me when he smells it. I've found that I love it most when I'm sitting for meditation. When you're doing the deep breathing, the wafts of the scents takes you away from other distractions. It's also great for de-stressing, bedtime yoga programs, like 'Candlelight Yoga'. The ingredients include: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Castor Oil, Beeswax, essential oils of Bergamot, Lavender, Rosemary Verbenone, Ginger, and Balsam Fir. The tub contains 2 ounces of product, but it goes a very long way. I've been using it for a while and hardly have made a dent in it. Interestingly, it doesn't bother my allergies, either. I have a dab of it right under my nose, right now, and there's no sneezing, or other signs of irritation. The only problem I have with the product is, that it is rather hard to remove the top of the tin. You have to work around from all sides, gently prying until you can lift it off. It's almost impossible if you have hand cream on, or you're re-appying the balm with oily hands. But it's worth the struggle.

I use Badger Natural Sleep Balm every night when getting in bed. And it is an important part of my healthy sleep routine! Take the time to massage it in and follow the directions! It may really help you to get right to sleep and to sleep well as it does for me!

To be honest, it didn’t work for me. It didn’t help me fall asleep any easier or sleep better. But the smell is good.

I was so excited to try this balm. I have insomnia, trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I particularly love the fact that this is an organic product. Lavender and bergamot are 2 of my favorite essential oils. Immediately upon opening the tin and smelling the balm, I loved it! Several times a day I open the tin and take a good whiff. I feel it does have a relaxing and peaceful effect on my mood. When retiring for the night, I rub some under my nose, my temples, and a little dab behind my ears. The aroma is wonderful. It seems like it does not last a long time, but one must remember that while the aroma may fade quickly, the essential oils are still doing their job. I do feel this balm helps me to maintain uninterupted sleep once I finally get to sleep. I feel more rested in the morning. I don't know if it is just a coincidence, but I seem to have more dreams. The ingredients of extra-virgin olive oil and castor oil feel nice on the skin and after a few minutes, the oils penetrate the skin and do not leave an oily feel. I will be buying over and over again and will be trying other Badger products.

My favorite balm for my nose each night before I put on my Cpap. My nostrils stay soft without any chapping from the nasil pillows. Love the smell!

I'm rating this as 1 star as far as being a product to promote better sleep. The expiration date on my tin is some time in 2028, yet when I opened it, I could barely detect a scent. I put some on twice before going to bed last night and the scent wasn't detectable at all once I rubbed it on my skin. If I had been at a store, I would've put this right back on the shelf as it's lacking the main property for what it's being sold for. There are better moisturizers out there that don't promote better sleep.

Facile à utiliser (un peu de produit pris et frotté à l'intérieur des poignets), une bonne odeur et ... placebo ou efficacité réelle ? l'apaisement et le sommeil viennent. Déjà utilisé il y a quelques années, contente d'en avoir retrouvé.

Non ne riesco a fare più a meno, da quando lo comprato è diventato una routine serale, appena mi sdraio ne applico un piccolo stato su labbra e tempie e dopo dieci minuti sono crollata. Il giorno dopo mi sveglio meglio, con più forze e avendo dormito senza i miei soliti attacchi di panico (dovuti al fatto che qualche anno fa mi stavano per entrare i ladri in casa) che ogni tanto incombevano, non so come questo burro ti fa entrare in una pace che davvero non saprei descrivere. E finalmente dormo come una persona normale.

The smell and ingredients are good. I like the design and the consistency of the salve. I use it daily and it keeps my hands from becoming too dry.

Depuis que j'utilise ce produit je dors bien plus rapidement j'aime bien et je pense tester d'autre odeur prochainement.

It doesn’t work at all! No smell at all and waste of money really.
