Great phone an a great price, mine came in like new condition.
Awesome deal! Mine came in an original box with everything in it. Perfect condition and the battery life is great. I made the transition from an iPhone Xs and am happy to say the facial recognition works very similar, not quite as fast as an iPhone but pretty close (plus with no swipe up after unlocking, I'm actually back to using my phone just as fast or faster). Phone calls are clear for both me and who I'm speaking with. No problems connecting to everything, haven't tried Android auto or desktop, but Bluetooth, wifi, cell signal have been great. Screen is great outdoors, and looks great. The sound is adequate for me but as the reviews have pointed out the stereo sound is out of balance due to the stronger down firing speaker. TLDR, great phone at a great price! I would recommend it to my mom (and I'm her IT department)

Great phone
The phone looks brand new. I had no issues getting the phone setup. Couple things about the phone that wished I knew before buying: - the phone body is very smooth and I found it sliding on anything but a level surface. If it is going to be an issue then consider getting a case right away. - the LG interface requires some setting changes to make it look like stock Android I bought this to replace a Moto Z2 Force. So far it's been a great upgrade for me. It's fast, the camera takes great images and screen looks great. The only downsides for me are the volume not being great and user interface was clunky to begin with. The hand gesture thing is a joke, but I didn't have high expectations. I would love to see the left side button be made customize-able. I would also love to have the gestures like Motorola has for turning on the flashlight and camera. Overall I am happy with this phone so far.

Moved from a LG V20 to a G8 ThinQ
I've been a huge LG fan since moving over from Samsung years ago. I absolutely loved my LG V20, but because I'm such a software freak, I wanted a phone that offered more than 4 gigs of RAM memory. Many people think that 4 gigs is plenty for a phone, but I heartily disagree, especially if you're software intensive. I decided to go with the G8 ThinQ because it had 6 gigs of RAM and sparkling reviews. For the most part, I love it. LG makes some of the best phones in the biz. There were a couple of big tradeoffs though. The power button on the V20 was also the fingerprint reader, located perfectly in the middle of the back of the phone. When I would pick up the phone, my finger was naturally right there to just press on it. Easy peasy. With the G8, although the fingerprint reader is still located in the same place, the power button is now on the right side, which causes me to have to feel for the power button to turn it on. I know other phone brands are the same, but LG has discarded something which was nominally easier for users of either hand and traded their uniqueness in order to be more mainstream. That was a mistake. Another thing they did was bake the battery into the unit, unlike the V20, which had a removeable battery. Again, I believe they took this action to be more mainstream. Another mistake. The phone itself is great. I have some minor quibbles about needless baked-in software I can't disable (unless I root my phone), so I have to live with it. Samsung in the undisputed king of needless baked-in software though. The 6 gigs of memory makes for a very speedy phone, so I'm extremely happy in that regard. It's the reason I wanted to make a change from my beloved V20 and.....mission accomplished.

A very capable phone with excellent features. Totally delivers on its promises.
I need a new phone to replace my LG V20. I loved my V20, but the battery life was compromised and I was running low on memory. The LG G8 ThinQ has great reviews, so I bought it. I absolutely love LG phones and will miss them when they are no longer available. I have to say this phone is incredible. It was easy to transfer to this new device on my Verizon account. Setup was super easy. The phone was in like-new condition. No one can tell this was a renewed. I have to say that this phone is smaller than I would have liked, but it is working out. It is super slippery, so I had to buy a case for it and a glass screen protector. I was dropping it multiple times a day or sliding it across a table. The colors are vibrant. It holds all the apps I had before and more. Perform is great. Battery life is incredible. As always there are some pre-installed apps I cannot get rid of, but I am able to disable them. The photo quality of the camera is right up there with Apple and Samsung. Yes, I have both of those phones to compare them against. The fingerprint reader and face reader are super. I have had no problems with either one. If I run into any problems, I will update my review, but after the first several months, I am super happy with this phone.

This phone is garbage.
Bought here on Amazon and out of the box it would freeze up regularly. Three weeks in, I can no longer make or take calls on Verizon. The phone loses cellular connection and won't reconnect unless I change Network Type. When making calls, I get "internal server error". Incoming calls just ring but cannot answer. Fingerprint reader is sketchy at best. Regularly will not work and end up logging in the old fashioned way. Don't buy from this seller.

This phone is fine. I'm not jumping up and down with amazement. I expected more for the price. It's refurbished and I have zero issues thus far. The phone is in excellent condition. However, if you're like me, you will need to download a user manual. I didn't receive one or a quick start insert. I've had to reference the user manual several times for extra features ex; hand gesture instructions. The pros are: Sleek design Perfect condition Finger print scan works well Camera quality is fantastic Easy to use The cons: Easy to drop -buy a case with this phone. No temporary screen cover -buy one with the phone The volume buttons are not on The right side - I've never had the volume on the left so it's an adjustment The volume buttons seems close together The buttons at the bottom are close to the edge it's easy to hit them without knowing - it's agitating Screen shots are a little strange - I need to test it more. But I'm not a fan The power cord is a different size than the usual. So buy and extra one with the phone. The hand gesture feature is not easily to use. I don't know if it's the phone or if it's refurbished or me but it's aggravating. So, would I recommend, yes for a much lower price point. I'm looking at other options already. I'm just not excited with it.

Absolutely spotless
I'm quite impressed at the shape this phone is in. Time will tell, but it is mint and a bargain. I had a G6 and liked it quite a lot. Then I switched to a Samsung S10e and am still quite happy with it, but I needed a third phone (I have an iPhone 11 for work) and am glad that I went for the G8. The hand motion features are a bit silly, but for a solid phone with good performance and screen, you will be happy with this. And, like the S10e, it actually has a headphone jack! As a Verizon phone, it is unlocked, although it gives a message every time it boots and finds a different SIM. Also, there is a lot of bloatwear to be disabled/deleted, but for the price this can't be beat.

Bueno bonito y barato

Me gustó mucho.
