Fabulous! They stick well and they look good. Different modes including dim. Only thing is the remote must see the battery box for it work. The battery box is ugly. Ive hidden it in a cupboard but I have to open the cupboard to switch the lights on.

I wanted these to pimp out my Harp so I could see the strings better in dim lit areas. Also I wanted it to look cool and unique. I think they look it to be waterproof but as this hasn't been tested for that I can't give feedback. I'm not sure if the battery pack is waterproof or not. But I wont be using them in rain or my harp will get damaged. These were easy to apply and I have applied stick on strip lights of other kinds on my wall where it meets the ceiling. It was easier than my previous experience of thinner non waterproof ones. Other reviews suggest that the batteries don't last a huge length of time. I haven't had my batteries run out and I played about with them through the functions and using the harp as a light/lamp in the corner of the room for at least an hour straight. Haven't noticed any dimming of the light strength so far. I can always update this review for a long term battery use later on. The negatives... the static function is number 8 not number one. So if you don't want to use the remote and just switch the little switch on the battery pack then you have to press it repeatedly to cycle thrpugh all the functions first. Some may not care much about that. But as I want it to light the harp strings or use my harp as a light in the room to create a warm atmosphere, I would have preferred the static function to be the first one upon switch on. That said, if you use the remote it remembers which function you had it on last time and goes with it. The only other negative is starting the sticky and keeping the sticky part on the unit to begin peeling the backing of of the double sided backing tape. But I had the same problem with the other lights I mentioned having experience of fitting before. This might just be a standard annoyance. I did succeed in peeling tge backing off and leaving the sticky in place on the lights. Once I started peeling successfully there were no further issues of that kind. Was very easy from then onward.

Easy to use and nice and bright.

I have purchased 2 of these. One set works fine & the batteries last well, which is why I purchased again. The second one is no where near as bright & eats through the batteries! I wouldn't risk purchasing a third set.

I like these LEDs, more I'm the yellow side than warm if that makes sense, but they accommodate my kitchen well I had to cut the end so they it fit under my counter but nonetheless very good, I'm intrigued to see how the battery works with the timer. The timer function is good as I won't have to think about turning them on and off, but it is a good setting to have. So far I can say worth the money especially with the ability to be installed outside, a good use may go a long way

I purchased this item in November 2024 and, apart from testing that it worked, used it for the first time on 28 December 2024. Approximately one hour after turning it on I noticed that the lights had gone off. I attempted to turn them on again using the remote but to no avail. I then picked up the battery box and noticed that it was very hot. I opened the box and noticed that one of the batteries had melted plastic stuck to the positive terminal and the exterior coating of the battery had also melted. The battery was too hot to hold and upon closer inspection of the battery box saw that the positive terminal connector was hanging out of the box, which was melted at that point. The interior of the battery box was very damp, presumably from the excessive heat of the batteries. I shudder to think what might of happened had I forgot the lights were turned on and we had gone out or gone to bed. I am now in the process of contacting my local Trading Standards Office. * Amazon you have a duty of care with regards to this incident*.
