Avenger Tank-Top Propane Heater - Single Burner

As an old retired mechanic, I found the Avenger Tank-Top Propane Heater to be an excellent addition to my garage. This 15,000 BTU LP gas heater is straightforward to assemble and use. Lighting it is simple: ensure your tank valve is turned on, then switch it to the low position. Hold the red push button in and ignite it with your butane lighter. Continue holding the button until the front element turns red, then release and it will stay lit. The build quality is solid, and the tip-over safety valve provides peace of mind. Heating my two-and-a-half-car garage to a comfortable temperature, even in cold weather, is effortless. If you want more heat distribution, placing a small fan at a distance to blow on the element can really supercharge the heat circulation. If there are any issues with lighting, it’s worth checking the tube for blockages like spider webs. It's a reliable, easy-to-use heater that gets the job done.

Works great just installed it on my tank I use it when I’m in my garage working on different projects. I have a two car garage and on low setting it is very efficient. Standing approximately 10’- 12’ away you feel comfortable in the cold winter. I do keep one door up about 2” for fresh air moving around. Really a great product and good price point. Very easy to light the burner.

Still using a year later to heat up my outdoor workspace and works pretty great .

Make sure to tighten everything. It’s easy to install, let’s off great heat. I had it on my deck at 4° and was comfortable. It is a no frills piece, but it is built well and has held up in pretty nasty conditions. Snow, ice covered… starts right up.
