It lets me sleep so much better
This pillow seemed too firm at first, and took a few days to get used to. Now it is my favorite and only pillow. I sleep undisturbed on my back most of the night, which I have never been able to do. The cutouts for the shoulder are great for my sore left shoulder and for back sleeping too. The hole for my head works. Highly recommend.

Awesome pillow!!
I have a bad neck and will get physically sick if I don’t have a good pillow. I have tried other simpler pillows and they were Ok. The shape and comfort of this pillow are off the chart! I will buy some for my kids as well.

One Perfect, One Not So Much So
I purchased one of these same "product return" pillows last year and was very pleased that the pillow arrived in "new" condition. A great value for a great pillow! I decided to order two more, again these were the from the "product return" category where you can purchased items that were returned to Amazon and touted as being in great condition. The two arrived in separate boxes. One box had the pillow folded in half and double-bagged inside the box. Folding in half is not a problem as these are memory foam and, the pillow was in perfect condition. The other box was a different story - - - the pillow was flat in the box but the single plastic bag was open (unsealed) at one end and, the pillow literally had a footprint on it and was dirty in areas. Seemingly like the pillow had been accidentally dropped in the Amazon warehouse, stepped on and left in an unsealed bag to be resold. Very frustrating! At the same time, having received two other pillows that arrived in great shape, I have to think this was unintentional on Amazon's part and someone in the Amazon warehouse didn't understand the intended resale condition of the pillow.

supportive design, softer without case, but hurt my ears/high for small frame
with the middle indention for supporting head/neck, and the small horizontal channel & middle hole this seemed like a near perfect design for me- i have stiff neck/pain and migraines, plus ear pain from wearing ear plugs for 30 years. i tried the lady size, then tried the toddler size because i really wanted to love this pillow, but the firmness while side sleeping was too uncomfortable for my ears. if the middle sides indented more & were softer, and just the middle was the firm area it would be perfect. plus even with the reduced height of lady size was not quite enough for me, & the toddler too small/short. special note- i found the pillow a bit softer without the supplied cover- it definitely adds firmness & is constrictive to the pillow. (i had to use a small flat screwdriver to pry the middle snap open- couldn't by hand- easy to close though.) not for me, but a great design for firm pillow lovers, and ones that can tolerate the pillow height.

The right pillow for neck and shoulder pain relief
I tried many pillows in the past a few years, this is the best one so far. The pillow is in right size, shape and thickness. It is comfortable for sleep on back or side.

Not a great pillow.0
This pillow was horrible, I tried this version and the queen version. Each I tried for over 2 weeks and it was like sleeping with my neck to my chest. I thought the "lady" version would help since it was 3" vs the 4 something. If you sleep on your side forget it, this pillow is just plain hard and uncomfortable. I did like the divot for the middle of your head but again only good for sleeping on your back.

No more pain
It took a few days to get use to the pillow but I cannot say enough about it! No more neck amd upper back ache!

Not a good pillow
It's a bit hard if you sleep sideway or lay reading long - get headache. It's a bight thicker for me as I want pillow half this thickness. The contour does feel comfortable on both side or back for short time.
