Would you suggest this for a 7 month old baby..?

The taste is not bad and no health issues observed when consumed. However very dusty. So I will not recommend for any infant, although adults will be fine.

Is there any added sugar in it?

Why do we need to add more sugar when this itself has natural sweetness more than any poisonous white sugar?

Can i use it in coffee and tea
