I've bought four electronic picture frames over the last five years, and this one is by far the best one. I don't need the Wi-Fi facility as I have all my photos on a micro SD card, so I can't comment on the Wi-Fi performance.I like the remote control system which allows you to pause or skip forwards or backwards through the photos and rotate any images which may be wrongly oriented, and you can also easily delete any selected photo.It's very easy to set up and use with no problems at all so far, so I can highly recommend it if you want a versatile electronic picture frame with a very good quality image and a wide viewing angle at a reasonable price.Update. 15/05/23. We all love this picture frame so much that I've just bought two more for my daughters to capture their children's development and activities through their early years.

Fantastic piece of equipment, easy to set up and use! The quality of picture is brilliant and we love the fact that you are able to send videos too! My parents were a little freaked out at first when they could hear my voice in the lounge (they were in the kitchen), especially as I was out of the country at the time! They have used the radio, alarm, weather and memo settings too!It's a multi functional device that has provided a way of keeping in touch no matter where you are!

Mine is 10” I wish I had the money to get the larger one but I’m more than happy with the quality and ease of use. 10 out of 10 for me.

These are brilliant. No more transferring tons of pictures onto a memory card u just send to yr frames email address. Bought one for my dad for his 80th an he loves it. His family can send lovely pics to him without him doing a thing. It just loads up an when he puts it on it’s there.

Bought as replacement for earlier unit that was dropped and broken - Pix-Star support helped to register new unit on same account as old unit, so all the photos came across automatically (took just 1 day to respond & action - thanks!). It is an ideal product for my mother, family can email photos straight to her frame. Menus/remote control a bit slow and tedious, but that is a minor point - would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this for my 90 year old mum who is scared of technology but loves to see the grandkids photos. It was really easy to set up with its own e-mail address and I set it to down load new pictures automatically. All she needs to do is turn it on and watch the slideshow. The size is great as her eyesight is failing but she can see these pictures really clearly. She loves it.

It's great - bought it for my parents who are less young, scanned all their old photos and loaded them onto the pix-star- it's perfect and such a great way to easily display photos. We haven't used the emailing feature yet but did test it and it worked well. Also had to contact Pix-star when I first set it up as it seemed to be linked to someone else account, but they were very quick to respond. Only fault would be that the remote doesnt always respond, but turning the screen off and on again fixes it.

The picture quality is very good I like that it will flip the pictures and videos to the right direction automatically. Very easy to use and email pics to. Did come with someone else’s pictures on it. Don’t think they were stock pics but could be. Just reformatted it and all is good. Very nice

This is an update/addition to my review of November 2022.As I mentioned in my initial review I did a large amount of research prior to purchasing the Pix-Star 10 inch frame. The frame not only answered all of my requirements, it worked perfectly for almost the entire 1st year. I could not have been more satisfied (I also purchased a 2nd unit as a gift). Recently, a problem developed regarding the motion sensor. I contacted Pix-Star's Customer Support and they recommended a couple of actions which initially corrected the issue but ultimately the problem continued. After about four weeks of trying I advised Pix-Star that none of the fixes worked and the motion detector remained inoperable. They immediately advised me they were sending a new, replacement frame and I received it within a few days.They responded quickly, efficiently, and totally to my satisfaction. They provided a level of Superior Customer Service seldom displayed today. I am providing this added review because they not only deserve it but also for peace of mind for those of you who may be hesitant in making this purchase. Here's my bottom line. It is a great product with all of the bells and whistles I required backed up by a reputable firm providing outstanding customer service.I did a lot of research on a good amount of photo frames from various firms. Assuming similar quality my primary needs were:1. motion detector2. ability to use a usb stick3.load photos via internet4. auto resizing of photosI decided to go with Pix-Star and what a good decision! The frame itself is basic and looks fine. The most important feature for me (along with those listed above) is how do my photos look when displayed. Let me tell you - in one word FANTASTIC. They look great.For those of you shopping for one of these for the first time (like me) here are some suggestions. When you first get it you will want to load it with current photos. That's why I wanted the ability to use a USB stick. I loaded almost 225 photos immediately. I don't know how long that would have taken via the internet. All I did was go to my PC , down loaded the photos to a USB, and then uploaded from the USB to the frame. Uploading took about 1 minute. The internet is fine for uploading a few photos when you like, but starting off with a large amount may be time consuming. Doing it this way also allowed me to "polish" my selections using Photoshop so they looked exactly the way I wanted. I also was able to resize most of my photos to 8 X 6 (frame display size) so there was no distortion or cropping.I am particular with my photos. This frame provides a lot of flexibility, it is fairly easy to understand, and overall does a great job. It isn't cheap - but it is worth the dollars it cost.

Werkt heel goed. De features zijn dat je verschillende albums kan maken, op je computer, via de mail. Werkt allemaal goed. Best wel lastig om alle fotoos dan weer in 1 album te krijgen. Handleiding is beperkt. Scherm zelf en het plezier om de fotoos te bekijken en vanuit de hele wereld te ontvangen zijn top!
