Don't leave it stuck in its cage for 24 hours/day. In nature parrots only bond with one other parrot for life. If your parrot starts pulling its feathers out then, for your parrot's sake, think about finding it a more loving home-- it's seriously distressed

Can this paper be printed on with sublimation ink?

While I do not know the answer, nor do I know what sublimation ink is, Can’t tell you what the paper strength is formidable and suitable for other interests besides packing. We’ve used it for placemats, work top protectors call floor mats in our vehicle’s, and reused after a recent move out of state all of our sheets for the above purposes.

other paper weight is 30 or 40lb this is only10lb - please advised, confused?

That all depends on what you’re packing. Some stuff needs heavy most of it fairly lightweight as it is only to cushion slightly and protect as pack.
