Oxy Maximum Strength Face Wash

Had back/shoulder/chest acne since puberty (so nearly a decade). Started using this on the affected areas in the shower. I apply it, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then rinse off. Within a couple weeks my body acne was pretty much cleared. Working out used to cause breakouts, not anymore. I use it every day. Tried on face and it is irritating, 10% bp is quite strong for face. Great for body acne though as skin there is typically less sensitive.

Great for HS. I use it for my skin condition and it is way cheaper than PanOxyl and is the same thing.

Love this stuff. I feel much better using it than other brands that have very harsh and questionable chemicals. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't give me any problems. What I love most is that the peroxide does a great job with the anti-bacterial effect. I actually use it in the shower in summer, anywhere I would sweat and it is SO good at helping prevent unpleasant smells. It barely foams, and I like that. It's also nice that being peroxide-based, the formula still doesn't dry my skin out. The smell is very mind and pleasant.

This is my second time buying this face wash, and I love it. It works really well for my skin. Even though I occasionally get pimples, I notice that when I use it, they seem to dry out much faster. I also recommended it to a friend’s son who struggles with acne, and he had a great experience with it. I definitely recommend this product!

My favorite face wash! Been using for over 10 years now!

I go back and forth between the Oxy and Amazon Basics brand of this product (10% benzol peroxide face wash). Both work equally as well and I just get the one that is on the better sale at the time. This product has been a life-saver for me... my skin is VERY acne prone and this is the only non-prescription cleanser that I've found makes a difference. If you've been struggling with salicylic acid or other face washes for a while without results, definitely give this one a try! HOWEVER - be warned that you may end up staining your towels. I am particular about fully rinsing my face off in the shower and still end up bleaching the towels I use to dry my face. For me, it's absolutely worth having clearer skin, but I was sad about the towels. I may try white towels next, maybe those will be able to deal with the "bleaching" better.

This is such a soft, moisturizing but effective cleanser I bought for my 18 year old. I live in sweaty Florida and sometimes my own makeup or certain moisturizers clog pores so I tried this at 49 years old. Didn’t leave my skin as initially tight as Olay sensitive, but dried me out like the Sahara. So if you need to clean off grime in 86 degree heat or tackle hormonal boy acne this is for you. So inexpensive and shocked at all the moisturizers.

I have acne prone skin all over. That’s including my body. I use this as a body wash on the areas that like to break out and this has done a fantastic job at keeping those areas clear. It’s also helped with hyperpigmentation!
