Can you use these in a vase?

You could if the vase had a wide mouth. These are a good size and have a ring to tie them to a weight to keep them in a certain area of your pond or fish tank. They are definitely made for floating on water.

I want to use these to create a border for the terra-cotta planter in my fountain. Can these be glued or suctioned? Will they bend or stay stiff?

The flowers are pliable. They come in two pieces. The flower and the lily pad. They should be easy to glue onto a pot. A cute idea. I think once glued, they would stay in place.

Can i wash the lilly pads in dishwaser or washing machine?

I don't think so. Use Dawn liquid in hot water and swish around and then air dry. They are beautiful but I think a dishwasher or washing machine would ruin them.
