L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Satin Glide Eyeliner with Mineral Pigments, Black

The liquid skinny liner was looking a bit too stark on my aging eyes so I decided to try something a little softer (more age appropriate if you will-insert eye roll emoji here). I have tried this type of liner before but it never went on smoothly so I kept my expectations low. At just over $6 on sale, I figured it was worth a shot. When it arrived, I let it sit unopened for nearly a week just to prove to it (or myself) that I wasn’t going overly excited or tricked again by the cosmetic industry’s false promises of a miracle product. Welp, I tried it and was pleasantly surprised that it actually went on easily with no tugging/skipping or dryness! Yay, I’ll take the win! I usually use black but they were out so I ordered the charcoal gray (seemed like it fit with the whole aging groove I’m trying to embrace). I was able to smudge the liner under the eye for the smoky look. The new style will take some getting used to but I definitely appreciate that it does what it says…smooth easy application to a not so smooth surface! LOL

I've used this product in Brown and love it, but have recently been wanting to switch back to using Black eyeliner. I'm 55 and about 5 years ago felt like black eyeliner was too harsh and aging my face. I love this eyeliner, but WOW- a little of the black goes a loooong way. I have to apply it with a slight hand, but it looks great as long as I don't go to hard with it. And this product lasts all day- I only swipe a little on my bottom lashes and it's still there at night when I clean my face. I think people have luck with different products but this one works for me- I just have to be careful in the application for sure.

I love this eyeliner, I bought it in black. Color glides on effortlessly. Im giving 4 stars because it doesn’t last all day. I have severe dry eye and this is the only one that doesn’t irritate or make my eyes red. I will absolutely purchase over and over again!

I like the creamy smooth application. I just wish it lasted more than a few hours. It is not smudge proof.

I’m amazed that a drugstore brand actually came out with such a great product! A couple of years ago, I switched over from NARS to L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect eyeliner since I was on Zoom and not in the office anymore. It worked fantastically with my… ahem… aging eyelids and watery, pollen-irritated eyes. This eyeliner isn’t perfect but it applies easier and holds up better than any of the dozens of others that I’ve tried. At this point. I’m on my third eyeliner and will continue to use this.

Goes on very smooth. No sharpening or heating either a lighter required. Unfortunately i think they are being discontinued so I stocked up!

So disappointed, product obviously old, I have used this for years and I liked it because it went on without pulling. This is very hard and even with applying over and over it is so hard it’s impossible getting any color . Usually so easy to apply. Shame on seller for selling old product. Will not order again.

Great color, smooth glide. Easy to smudge for a smokey look, but doesn't smudge shortly after applying so your desired look stays all day.

Convenient, easy application.

Goes on smoothly, no pulling on the eyes. Highly recommend for older eye lids.

The formula is nice and fairly easy to work with...except for the fact that the pencil breaks far too easily. Even if you just have a tiny amount of black liner showing at the tip, the smallest amount of pressure will break it off. I think more has broken off than I've actually used. Also, leaves tiny black specks all over face.
