Best lubricant in a can
This is the best lubricant I'd found in a can. It penetrates into crevices to oil the thing you're actually wanting to oil instead of just the outside. This can last a while, you don't need to use much.

Good Stuff
Good stuff. Worked well on my garage door rollers even though dry lube is recommended

Good product
Great lubricant for almost everything. Iโve even used it on stuck bolts.

The new "Go to" penetrant + rust remover
Had never used RP products before. Had decided to try some RP high performance grease for my HF spring compressor, and saw this advertized. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try too. Must say I have never really been happy with WD-40 as a penetrant/ long term solution for anything. I have an old Stanley spokeshave tool I acquired at a garage sale I wanted to fettle up for use. It has a metal body which was was pretty rusty and with a couple of very tight rusty screw type blade adjusters. I sprayed it up with the RP maxfilm and left it sit a few minutes - very quick dissolution of the rust, and freed up the threads very nicely. Very impressive. I replaced the beat up old Stanley spokeshave blade with a wicked sharp Hock A-2 cryosteel blade and the tool is good to go to shape the neck for the ukulele I am making. Wont be buying any more WD-40 - this is way better.

This is the best mutipurpose lubricant spray I have found.
Well like everyone else I have used WD40 for years but was never satisfied with how long the lubricant lasted. So after changing my car's oil to Royal Purple I decided to give the spray a chance. The first place I used it was on the pistons of my storm doors that were pretty rusty and squeaking a bunch. I applied the spray as soon as the spray arrived and the doors are still working better than ever before and the lubricant shows no sign of being displaced or wearing out. After such good experience on storm doors I started hunting out the squeaks around the house and have used it on hinges and the gas filler door on my car as well as all 5 doors and through rain storms etc. the Royal Purple just keeps working and working well. Now I am pretty much sold on Royal Purple products and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Long lasting and makes its way into parts over time
The headline shows what I find most impressive. I've always had issues with my sliding screen door sticking and spray grease/WD 40 works for what seems like minutes. The other day I went to use the screen door months after applying Royal Purple and accidentally threw the screen door hard into the jam because I anticipated heavy resistance and instead it flew open without any problem. Similarly I was having issues with the key in my front door getting stuck. I honestly thought the key was bent but decided to give a quick spray in the keyhole. Since then my key meets zero resistance -- again months after application. A couple times I've used this on areas I couldn't find the source of a squeak - a desk chair that rocks and my trucks parking brake pedal (just the pedal - not the brake!). I sprayed RP on these and disappointingly the squeak was still there. After a period of time had passed I suddenly realized the squeaks were gone! Even though the issue wasn't resolved immediately the lubricant made its way through the components and ultimately resolved the issue! Though expensive, it's totally worth it for the DIY home owner.

Throw Away your WD-40!
Excellent penetrating juice that provides super lube characteristics. Many other products will "free up" moving parts, but this provides a superior level of lubrication as well. I've used it on several projects, including 2 La-Z-Boy chair mechanisms that were very stiff and had some rust; the chairs had been unused for 20 years. They work like brand-new now! I've used just about every penetrating/lubricating product on the market in the last 40 years. I'm a retired automated printing press mechanic/technician, and I wish I had this stuff available years ago - would've saved countless hours on the job trying to free-up sticky parts that were difficult to reach. Although the cost is high, a little goes a long way. The only improvement would be to use a screw-on nozzle instead of the push-on "straw" which tends to fall off if you bump it. However, the quality of this Royal Purple far exceeds this inconvenience. (From what I understand, WD-40 was developed as a Water Displacement product for ignition & electrical systems - hence the name "WD". It provides minimal lasting lubrication, and needs to be re-applied frequently.)

This Stuff Really Does Work
I've used a lot of spray lubricants over the years. I use spray lubricants for anything from lubricating hinges on home/auto doors to helping me break bolts free. I had a really squeaky door in my house that I've tried everything to fix. I put motor oil on it, I put WD40 on it, I put PB Blaster, moly grease. I'd come to my wits end with it, but I used some of this Maxfilm and the door does not squeak. It worked so well in fact, the door now wouldn't stay open on its own due to there being zero friction. It lasts forever also. I am definitely a loyal user of this spray lubricant for anything that I need a spray lube for. It really does shine in breaking old rusted bolts as well.
