Cold Sore/Fever Blister Treatment, Pump 0.07 oz (2 g) (Abreva Pump)

Abreva is the BEST fever blister treatment you can use because it actually does what it says. If you can catch the cold sore before it fully erupts, it can prevent it & it definitely helps it heal faster. The only problem I have with it is the price being high. But, it does last a long time, so that balances out the price (I guess). It is an excellent product. But, I'll go back to buying the tube because it's easier to use than the pump. The pump can put out more than you need for a one time use. I'll definitely be buying the tube again in the future.

I have been using abreva for many years. It may seem expensive but it is worth every penny. It only takes a little dab and if you start as soon as you notice it only takes a couple days to go away, and it really only takes a wee bit a couple of hours for a couple days. Well worth the money.

Wow, so much money for such a tiny little tube of product. You might think this at first, but if this is a product you really need then I highly recommend it. You will use only a tiny bit and you will get quick results. You can't put a price on that!

I have used this product for years and it has made the cold sores I have had much easier to endure. The new thing to me is the "spray" which is more like a little pump that blops out just the right amount when you push it. Very good product!

NOTICE: Every single cold sore med is ONLY effective if used immediately when the tingle starts, before the blister forms. This is a point that is almost never publicized. Waiting until the blisters open and seepage begins will not result in any relief. Abreva DOES work well if used immediately at first indication of a cold sore forming. If you've had them before, you know exactly what the feeling is. Apply the Abreva and take a gram of vitamin C and a gram of L-Lysine twice a day until the tingle disappears (usually 2 days) and you will never again have a nasty contagious sore on your face. Read carefully about keeping it clean, not ever putting pressure on the location, and how to lessen the chances of them coming up. Herpes Simplex is a lifetime dilemma, but it is fully controllable once you know what to do.

I am a loyal Walgreens customer. Just got tired of Walgreens continually being out of Abreva and fully in stock with their Walgreens brand. Which is not the same quality.
