This supplement is wonderful and I so appreciate it. My husband feels more energy and it boosts his testosterone/libido after not even half a jar taken. The ingredients are pure and clean and potent . You can’t go wrong with Pure Synergy brand. Expensive yes, but good quality and effective as well. If you’re struggling with fatty liver , low metabolism, and hormones out of sync , try these and you won’t be disappointed (as well as extra ashwaghanda I’ve found, DIM to flush excess estrogen and milk thistle at 80% extraction for liver health.

I bought this as a straightforward daily multivitamin for men that uses organic whole-food ingredients and aims to support energy and immune health. In daily use the label suggests four tablets per day with or without food. I typically take two with breakfast and two with a mid morning snack, and it easily fits into my routine. These are whole food based vitamins; much better than synthetic vitamins. While the total amount of each vitamin on the label may be less than some of the top synthetic multis, more of this gets absorbed into your body rather than simply passing through. With Pure Synergy Vita-min-herb for men I feel better, sleep better, and know that each tablet is like a small healthy meal in and of itself. I take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. Yes they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I think they are worth it! You will too!

These are my favorite vitamins, before I knew about nootropics I was taking these, and all of a sudden I realized I was remembering numbers and names with ease. I recently started buying the vitality for men vitamins, and the balance for women when they were on sale (once we got in our 40s) but personally, these vitamins are so amazing and so pure that I only need to take one a day. To me the only big difference is that these do not have Maca and don’t have methylated B vitamins… but with all the rest of the herbs it does have, I can just take those two supplements separately.

This product has a great list of vitamins and herbs. The quality is above average. I wish they would use a few different sources when including certain vitamins.

Best women's formula multivitamin in my book. Been using this for years. Beats all the others with the best quality, plant based organic ingredients hands down. Believe me, I've researched many and this is my favorite by far.

It’s only been few days since I started taking these vitamins but so far I love them and I don’t need a lunch time power nap. Let’s see how it goes in few more days or weeks and I will do an update. UPDATE: received another order today but both glass bottles were broken. Tiny glass shavings were everywhere. Bottles were both wrapped in bubble wrap but no other protection other than cardboard box and a few other items. First time this has happened and I’ve been a regular Synergy vitamin customer for some time now with multiple orders and no damage until now. Amazon customer service was responsive and is working on a refund. Glass is nice versus plastic but this is the downside of using glass bottles.

Over hyped by laughable price.... . great for almost Rainbow color Urine!!....save your hard earned cash this item is way under priced for its ingredients thus making it an exorbitant waste of money as a vitamin supplement .....actually only a pragmatic honest take on the ingredients renders it impossible to bottle at the prices they offer. It’s basically an attempt to role a pill into a all boxes ticked scenario....that simply is too good to be true... lots of noble better far cheaper vitamins out there that are honest and effective. If you need the extras such as Cordyceps etc etc buy them seperately.

You get what you oay for. Quality product. Arrived promptly.
