It's a great product for home users as well as to present as gift to someone who loves to eat steaks and grill food. Proud of Pakistan fir crafting such a classic product.

We love this Himalayan Salt block that we have used several times on our grill. We recently purchased this and we have tried filet mignon, chicken and hamburgers. The flavor is great, no need to salt the meat and it is not overbearing. We definitely are so excited we found this idea and will purchase again when this block is not longer able to be used. Obviously, as you cook on the block and it salts the food, it also slowly wears away. If you know someone who loves to grill and also loves Himalyan Salt, this is a great gift. There is a rack you can use to place the hot block on the table with the meat or whatever you are grilling. You can also put this block in the freezer and later place on the table with cheese and cold cuts.

We use these blocks on the grill. This is our second set because used properly they make awesome steaks and seafood!! We accidentally left them out in the rain last year or we would still be using the first ones.( once they got really soaked they cracked when heated to usable temp.

although this takes a long time to cook a meal, it makes delicious food!! it’s small to just keep on the counter. it works well and just takes some time to use.

Second time purchasing as a gift. Great for those who love grilling!

This is a resounding DO NOT BUY !!! I’ve used salt and stone cooking blocks for a long time. Salt blocks are wonderful if shown care. The initial heating is crucial. I follow the recommended rules about heating in 30 minute intervals by 50*, etc. This block sat in the oven heating for a while! Upon removing it, the cooling from the door opening began to pop pieces off. Chunks. I had to bring it outside because I don’t want it in the house if it explodes completely. With that said? The supplied oven mitts?? They are trash. Immediately burn right through. I grabbed the real heat mitts to move this very low quality salt block to the patio table where it is still popping chunks off. I don’t believe I can cook on this. It’s extremely unstable, and downright DANGEROUS. I have blocks that are useddddddd and no problem. This one don’t even last a day. Highly not recommended for your family’s safety. This thing is dangerous. Pics show the dangerous chunks missing, and the other pic is an old one I’ve used for five years.
