Does anyone know why this product cannot be shipped to California?

Did this ever get figured out? It still says it cannot ship to California?

Why isn't this product sealed? It should be.

I can't remember whether mine was sealed, but the scrub is an excellent product.

Can you use this in the shower or must it be used after shower like those other sloughing scrubs that I dislike?

I don't use the scrub, just the foot cream. It is soothing and refreshing, especially on tired feet.
